Contacted the office 21 hours in advance as soon as I knew our flight was being pushed back 6 hours. Their response was "due to their policy my $200 deposit is forfeited." No consideration was given due to the unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control. Sent the office manager screenshots of my location so that she knew that I was not anywhere near the area. If this is how they treat their patients (and potential new patients), don't waste your time or money. Mind you I had two other appointments the same day with local small businesses that required deposits as well and the other two businesses carried over my deposit to the new appointments I made.

Through the years, I have seen different specialists, and I always come away thinking, "I should have just gone to Dr. Hyman.". He is knowledgeable about all the new treatments and clearly a very smart guy. He is also understanding but is a straight shooter. I love that in a doctor. Through the years too, I have been impressed with how well he manages his office. I rarely have to wait to be seen, and I can always get an appointment. When my daughter was transitioning from a pediatrician, he was no longer taking new patients, but he agreed to take her. She too loves him and comes from NOvA where she lives if she can for appointments.

The clinicians here are VERY SKILLED, kind, professional, personable and really care about their clients. They have also been very accommodating and flexible with their appointments. This practice is no where near as large as the other in Norfolk. It consists of 2 doctors: Dr. Warth and Dr. Parks. They told us from the beginning that they only plan to have about 200 patients each which will allow them plenty of time to look after each and every person. They offer everything that you would expect of a concierge practice. Their staff is nice and always greets you by name. They aren't as "fancy" as the one in Norfolk, but I strongly believe that they offer better care.
