I got home, and saw this gash where the driver side rear rim gets clamped on by the carwash rail that sends the vehicle through the car wash. I took a picture of my rim just before I went through, and SURE ENOUGH i had a BRAND NEW GASH on the edge of my rim! The owner said it was there already while he looked at a tape, which showsthe tire on an angle! Right after I went through, another customer had the same gash on his driver side rear rim, and he's told that he will have to wait until whenever. I got his name, and number! DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH EVER! If you do CHECK YOUR REAR DRIVER SIDE RIM! Especially if you have low profile tires! This owner is a REAL POC!!!!!

I've been to many great car washes but by far, Wash N Roll has been the best. Anthony is always there to greet you and is very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful when you are choosing the service you want for your car! They are always crowded with cars backed up to the entrance (which is always a great sign) but you separate into 2 lanes so the wait is never long! You have the option of many services, I always choose the silver. I like that they do not rush when vacuuming your car, assuring that the floor mats are vacuumed just as thourogh and they are meticulous! You enter into a huge waiting area when going to pay for the car wash that is filled to the brim with every possible car item you could imagine for purchase. From floor mats to different scents to keep the inside of your car smelling fresh, they carry it all and they are very reasonable! There are even massage chairs to use while waiting for your car to be washed! After your car finishes going through the tunnel, the staff spends a good amount of time drying your car and polishing the tires (if you choose the service that offers that) Just like the way they do for the inside when vacuuming at the start. You receive the same quality service at the end. I leave with my car looking like show room condition every time!! If I could give 5 more stars to Wash N Roll I would. The service and quality of their work is absolute perfection!!

Nate did a good job on our family car, which had pet hair and miscellaneous mess from our 2 toddlers. The carpets and mats looked almost new again. Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor. This car was cleaned for 1 hour. Wish a little more time was spent on this one.

I showed the folks that worked there the before picture while I was waiting online to go through the car wash, and then I showed them after I went through the car wash. The gentleman obviously knew there was a new scratch there, but he called his boss, and his boss said he would look through the videotape, and as he did that, he said I had that scratcher on there already, it would not help me any further. While I was waiting, another customer came through the car wash, and the same thing happened to him. His name is Timothy, I have his phone number, he was driving a Tesla, and his left rear driver side tire had a scratch in the rim, just like mine. They wouldn't help him either, so this is the worst place to get a car wash. If you have low profile tires, do not go to this car wash whatsoever. This is the worst of the worst of the worst, and the owner is a piece of you know what! What a piece of you know what! Disgusting. Quick update there was a third person that day which I forgot to tell you about. And they did absolutely nothing, the manager that works there. His name is Jose, who wouldn't give me his last name, and would not help me out whatsoever.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. He…read morewas super responsive and even though there were some challenges (drove to the middle of nowhere New Jersey to drop my car) it was a reasonable price compared to others. Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.
