Dr Karas is the best!! He is extremely detailed in the technical instructions of the physical therapy instructions, which is a must for effective therapy and also surprisingly hard to find these days. The fact that he does house calls makes sticking to his program a cinch.  It's also a huge help because he's able to see the area where you will be performing their PT exercises, and tailor the exercises and instructions to their specific environment.  If you have work-related issues, he is able to evaluate your home office from an ergonomic perspective.  I can't recommend him highly enough. I've been to several PT clinics in the South Bay with little to no relief until I met Dr. Karas. He was able to assess that my hip flexors were too stretched out and that I lacked core stability. This is the best mobile physical therapy service I have ever had. I just gave birth to my baby and my neck was completely stiff from breast-feeding and from the birth itself.
