ONE OF THE BEST TIMES EVER!…read more We just moved to Columbia and decided to have a night out. After asking around we had a good list of bars and night clubs to hit up. Sidelines was our 1st stop. We got there around 8:30 pm and it was laid back with that sports bar feel. Then around 10 it happened. It went from a sports bar to all out club. They had a DJ, People were dancing. It was so much fun. (We never left). The drinks were on point. (None of that watered-down stuff.) And they have great prices. The staff was amazing, All the bartenders were awesome. And the owner went and got the beer I drank because they didn't carry it. That is what I call real service. They were all very nice and made me and my wife feel like part of the family. We really enjoyed ourselves. This is my new spot. (BIG UPS TO SIDELINES) Yes 5 stars and we will be back.

Usually, I go just for the wings. They may be one of the best kept secrets for hot wings in town. They cook them in outdoor fryers. A warning though, if you order the Cajun ones, you will need several glasses of water. They have catfish on Fridays and it likewise is incredible. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. When I first went they didn't have my choice of whiskey, but they promised to stick it for me next time I came in. Sure enough, I went back and they kept their word. Plus, they tolerate me. That's not an easy task. One time, I loaded the juke box with 2 hours of Richard Cheese music and nobody seemed to mind.

Whatever the case may be, the important thing is that on a recent trip to CoMo, the situation was rectified. The building permeates character.
