I returned to the dealership and upon opening the hood the one of the service schedulers discovered that not only was the radiator fluid very low, all of the fluids were very low. although they had been providing me with printouts stating they had checked dozens of items, they had actually been checking nothing over at least two - three service trips... $70,000 dollar truck put at risk because of lazy techs. First, let me say that when you buy a car, you really have to check it out on your own and know…read morewhat you're doing. Even the Best don't find everything. However, this is a low pressure sale and I ended up getting what I think is a really fair deal. I waited a week before the review to make sure the after sale support was as good as the presale. My salesperson Jamie showed me Carfax and went through it. When I didn't know how to lock the axle and use the electronic sway bar they helped me figure it out. They were very helpful. The next morning I was contacted by Jamie as a follow up to make sure everything was ok. I had a problem with my headlights not being aligned and he offered for me to bring it in but I was able to adjust them myself. I wanted the title asa because I was leaving town and I received it ahead of when then they told me. That allowed me to get to the DMV and registered before I left town and they supplied me with all the paperwork I needed to make it easy at the DMV. I feel really comfortable if I had to go back there with an issue.

Well we bought a vehicle from them in December and it has been nothing but issues,when we bought it it had a check engine light on along with the TPMs light on, the guy who sold us the car lied about what the code was he told us it was oxygen sensors but after having them replaced we found out it wasn't the problem the true cause was the timing chain, along with the brakes being down to 2-3 and the rotors being the original ones to the point it can't pass a safety inspection, the water pump was also dying causing extreme leaks. We have already put an additional $1,500 now looking at a motor replacement. They claim to help people and not put them in a hole but they are just as big of crooks as any other dealership maybe bigger. The Missiouri attorney general and bbb have been notified. I do plan on reporting further. Also I have reached out to the owner several times,but have yet to get any kind of response they know what they did
