The service is not great (but better than their Gran Via location) but the portion sizes and the food certainly more than make-up for it. The portions are enormous! So be careful when ordering - you might just order double what you can eat - it's not really a big problem though because you can just ask to take it to go. They have no problem giving you take out boxes unlike other spots in Madrid. The chicken is their most-ordered dish and it is delicious! It comes with a side of salad, french fries, and two delicious spicy sauces. A large group could eat here very cheaply. All the dishes i've tried here have been great - from the appetizers to the desserts. Sometimes we just sneak in to have one of their huge portions of chocolate cake. It is rich and always cures my sugar cravings. They have all kinds of cakes and pies and vary depending on the day and time of day. If you can get over their lack of customer service, you will certainly be a very happy diner here. I forgot to mention they have delicious smoothies, try one!

I truly have to highlight Pepe, Franco, and Grace for taking the time to speak to us and get to know us. The food was FANTASTIC. We ordered the seafood paella, jamon iberico, garlic shrimp, and sangria. The paella was filled with a ton of flavor which was DELICIOUS. Everything was fantastic, but the Sangria was spectacular, (probably one of the best sangrias I've ever had). When we visited, it was packed to the point where you were shoulder to shoulder with other guests and close enough to easily hear the party next to you.
