The pictures…read morehere were taken on November 20 after Jeff and his crew cleaned up our leaves and did a final cut for the year at our house in Independence. That my lawn is so green and clear as we head into winter is a huge improvement over previous years. Jeff Sajovie Jr. grew up in the landscaping business and really knows how to get the best results. We hired 131 not only for grass cutting, but for weed control, mulching, aerating, reseeding and plant trimming. Jeff is a perfectionist. He never left our yard until everything was perfect. 131 is not the cheapest lawn service out there, but his pricing is fair. You get what you pay for. We will certainly engage their services for many years to come. I also just signed a contract with Jeff for snow removal also. Highly, highly recommended!

Jeff was handing out fliers and I decided to ask about edging. He edged my entire yard and filled up a ton of bags with the overhang. The cost was too absurdly low to list. Highly recommend Jeff for edging, mowing, spring clean up, mulching or most anything yard maintenance related!

I hired Always Green Landscaping to do a backyard Patio replacement project in 2022. After…read moreremoving the old patio, they discovered a drainage pipe problem that they offered to fix (for a significant amount of additional money, of course). When I agreed, they started digging right away without calling OUPS to have property marked for existing utilities (as required by Ohio Revised Code). As a result, they damaged my high voltage electric line which ultimately cost me $6500 to fix. They refused to cover even half of that cost and acted very unprofessionally. So, while they ultimately did a good job on patio replacement, I observed their tendency to cutting corners and not following the proper procedures. This resulted in a very poor price to value ratio of their service to me. I would not recommend them to anybody.

We've been using Powers Corp for landscaping this past summer and have been pleased with the…read moreservice they provide. We asked that they bag our backyard so our dogs would stop tracking grass clippings all over our home and they've done a great job with this. At the beginning of the summer, they damaged our patio stones but we contacted the owner and he came out and repaired the damage right away. They have left our gate open a couple times but when we asked them to be more conscious of that, it hasn't happened since. Their prices are fair for the work that they do and we like the ease of paying our invoices on their online portal. We'll use them next year for sure. I really appreciate how reliable they are.
