The project manager was a guy I went to school with so I trusted his judgement as I don't know anything about roofs or the construction of. Paid $10,000, and 6 days later, the first rain fall after, the leak was still in the same spot. They tried saying it was this, that and they did come out and try to fix it. The last thing I heard in January was that they were going to do a water test (HMM WHY DIDNT YOU DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?) when the weather warmed up. I called beginning of March, and the project manager that had originally helped me out said he didn't work there anymore and to contact Harold and Shelby. I called, left several messages, resorted to looking them up on Facebook where I was blocked. Once I was blocked, I told them from my husbands account that they could plan on seeing us in court. He (Harold) says "it's your chimney been telling you all along. See you in court". I've never spoken to Harold and I have in writing that they would take care of the leak no matter what and would be back to fix it. These people are cowards and don't stand behind their work. I will be taking him to court and going to the state to report. DO NOT USE HAROLD DEO OR SHELBY MORLEY FOR ANY BUSINESS AFFAIRS.

Gave us a realistic estimate that was extremely detailed. Jon's professionalism and expertise are top-notch. He was thoughtful and provided great alternatives. Although we did not go through with our project, I would certainly recommend ZUMA to anyone who needs remodel or addition to their home. What really impressed me was Jon's patience. He called to see where we were in the process and how he could be of further assistance. I will definitely keep this company in the first row of my Rollerdex for future reference. Thank you, Jon and ZUMA.

He was moving someone across the street and noticed our friend struggling to back out. He crossed the street, help her back out, and waved her on her way. We thought John was considerate and thinks more of others than himself. Who else would one trust family property to? We called and John came right out to look and provide a quote. Again, great service and price. When moving day came, John brought an additional person to ensure the job was done within the timeframe promised. That extra person didn't add to our cost but was a huge help. The team was very respectful and considerate. Each time they walked in with a piece of furniture we heard "where would you like this ma'am/sir?" They had to move a couple pieces of furniture a few times since my mom didn't know where she wanted everything. Their answer was "wherever you want it ma'am'. Class acts!!! I will add that Andre got into the decorating mode by showing his artistic flare by placing furniture in a way we didn't see at first but LOVED the outcome. Well done!! 5 stars is not enough to rate these guys. They were incredible and handled the job very well. My parents have a lot of heavy furniture including a very large safe. Nothing was damaged. Everything was taken care of professionally!! THANK YOU!!

Richard and his team did excellent work repairing two soffits on an estate property, including one…read morethat had significant hidden rot extending into the roofing structure. He was consistently communicative throughout the project - calling, texting, and responding quickly to any questions I had. Since I couldn't be on site, he also sent clear before, during, and after photos, which made it much easier to track the work and feel confident about the repairs. Richard was straightforward about the scope, worked with me to keep costs down (which mattered with the estate), and completed the job cleanly and on the timeline he gave. I would absolutely recommend A+ Affordable Seamless Gutters for honest, skilled, and reliable exterior repair work.

Not to mention the end of one of the poorly leveled gutter is dripping water, last i remembered the water should flow to the downspout not out the back where it is capped off (this is a gutter company and they could not figure this out?).
