We decided to go since it was a Sunday. We can tell there were less vendors bc maybe bc of the new date. Not sure. It is a lot of arts and crafts vendors all throughout the town. This is really cool bc there's lots to see. Also it brings business to the businesses here. Many businesses have changed and closed. I haven't been in a while so this is a nice way to see what businesses have come and go by walking all throughout the town. I definitely want to come back. Parking is not bad bc it's also throughout the neighborhoods. You really don't need to pay for parking. You do have to walk so if walking shoes are better, then wear them

FLAVOR, FLAVOR, FLAVOR -- that's the only way to start this review…read more We pulled up and ordered two Birria meals with with rice and beans, the owner confidently smiled and said, "You're gonna like this," and we were both like, "Okay... we'll see haha." Safe to say... she knew exactly what was about to happen. First bite in and it was game over. We looked at each other mid-chew like, ohhh man... this is amazing. The steak is slow-cooked to perfection -- ridiculously tender, juicy, and packed with deep, rich flavor in every bite. You can tell it's made with care. And don't even get me started on the rice and beans -- not an afterthought at all. They're seasoned so well, full of flavor on their own, and they complement the birria perfectly. Then you hit it with that squeeze of lime and dip into the consommé... next level. Absolute perfection. I've lived in Dade City my whole life, and I'm telling you right now -- we finally have a taco that's 100% worth the drive. No question. If you're even thinking about trying it... go. You won't regret it. Word of advice: get there early -- items sell out fast!

I really love these Deviled Eggs!…read more I like deviled eggs a lot...when they are made right. I hate mayo, so if the filling tastes like mayo it's a bad deviled egg to me. I explained this to the owner of this food truck and she let me know that they don't even use mayo to make their deviled eggs! I love a traditional deviled egg with the relish and paprika and all, but you won't find those here. All the eggs have a unique flavor and spin to them. I tried the: Buffalo with Bleu cheese Thai green Curry German Bier Cheese Blueberry Jalapeño All were different, but delish! I found this truck at the Sunday Morning market at Starkey Ranch. To be honest it was the only thing that interested me at this market. I only wish I could get these deviled eggs closer to me as I think this company might be based in Zephyrhills which is a long trek for me. I do love that this is a family run business. Mother, father and son were all involved in running the food truck. I got my eggs really fast!

I finally had the opportunity to try these tasty deviled eggs this past weekend at the St. Pete Saturday Market held at Al Lang Stadium. As soon as I spied them, there was no line. The closer I got, I eyed another customer inching closer. Using my ninja skills, I beat him to table. My boyfriend had three of the Black Bean Fiesta, and he devoured them in a couple of minutes. I had three: Pimento Cheese, Bacon Jalapeño, and Port Wine & Fig. My favorite was the Bacon Jalapeño. Shocker, I know, ha ha. I am a wimp when it comes to spice and it wasn't too spicy for me. Lily and her husband were very pleasant to deal with and our order had such a quick turn around time. Stop and pay them a visit when you see them, you can thank me later.
