The place felt so open and inviting. The staff was super friendly and down to earth. My therapist Tracey had me feeling exponentially better after just my first visit. I now really look forward to my sessions and have seen remarkable improvement in my mobility. My pain has diminished dramatically as well. Lifechanger!…read more Literally don't fall for anyone but your orthopedic physician and I'm so addement of seeking relief in life's situations regardless of what it is and I finally found what my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Two years ago I broke my ankle and it's literally the way I fell damaged much more than I realized, it's a tiny bone not sure the name but that lead me to a boot for six weeks there was so many things that went wrong for me first I broke it on a Saturday so any work comp wasn't going through for a few days and going to a urgent care wasn't the best decision...make the trip to ER even as costly it would've been taken care of immediately as I didn't and had my ankle wrapped in a ton of ACE bandage for a week (because the referred ortho wouldn't even make an appointment without work comp number) and gave me crutches that was literally 5" too high and couldn't teach me how to use them...ugh! Long story short I'm still paying for that price dearly as the trauma a lot of my tendon, muscles and whatnots I developed arthritis in two locations my mid foot and knee which got me so immobile I was miserable and gained so much weight. For the second time I was referred to All Access Ortho which is great if you're desperate though it's all PA which is Physician Assistant and was able to get some pain meds but not a Disable Pass for my car as I'm on crutches for six weeks. Fast forward to now as I again with my complaint was referred to All Access Orth and after what I've been through decided to go on my own and found Orthopedics Associates which is a group of physicians all specialized in the specific areas so I had to see two one for my ankle the other for my knee. Though they did have access to my X-rays they needed a specific one an MRI to further see exactly what it is hoping I didn't need any surgery. Thankfully no surgery was needed and it wasn't as serious as they though it might be and it was arthritic we though was brought on by the trauma and one treatment was recommended and it was a shot which I took as there wasn't anything else and now I feel 1000% better and am so glad to have been persistent. You are your own boss and go seek help and it's never wrong to admit it's not right as the only person that has to deal with it all is yourself. Now I need to fix my mid foot as I have years and miles to explore life. Thank you!

My therapist Jenn proved to be knowledgeable by answering many questions, explained and demonstrated routines to mitigate my pain, extend my range of motion and sustain my health after therapy ended. My first session was a major breakthrough because that night was the first in 3 months that I wasn't waken by shoulder pain that kept me awake for hours. I just completed 8 sessions with APR and say without question that Jenn and APR provide top notch treatment for improving and sustaining health. I hope many get to experience their competent and professional therapy.

Abigail is EXCELLENT!!! I have dealt with neck pain, bulging discs, tears, degenerative disc disease, etc. for 8 years. It progressed into severe pain and almost constant numbness down my arm. After 3 sessions that numbness went away! She is incredibly helpful and adapts very quickly offering various education, exercises, stretches, etc. to ensure I am comfortable. She truly is a lifesaver! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Abigail! Also to note, the assistants are so friendly and helpful with appointment reminders and the traction setups they do for me! 100 stars!

I had knee replacement surgery on January 21, 2026. My first Moon PT appointment was on January…read more27th. During my appointment, the PT told me he had to speak with the TENS machine representative and left me alone on the table for 20 minutes. He returned, moved my leg a few times, and said I was finished. My second appointment was on January 30th. The PT told me to ride the bike, but he didn't help me get on or advise me on how fast or slow to pedal. After I got off the bike, he performed the same exercises I was already doing at home, as prescribed by my knee surgeon. There were 30 minutes remaining in my appointment when he put on his jacket and told me he was leaving. He instructed the aide to guide me through exercises on the laptop. I inquired about the aid's education, and she stated she had an undergraduate degree in Health, but no PT certificates or degrees. It is illegal in HI to leave a patient with an unqualified aid without a PT present. I canceled all my future appointments with Moon PT and requested a refund of my co-payment. Moon PT is a very unprofessional and uncaring facility. I question the qualifications of the PTs and aids. The PT I saw was very impersonal and unprofessional. My knee surgeon recommended a different PT facility, but I chose Moon PT because it was close to my home, and I wanted to support a new business. This was my mistake. I had major knee replacement surgery and was treated very poorly at Moon PT. I will never recommend Moon PT to anyone.

I love the Pilates classes here at Hana Pono. I have been to other places for Pilates but this is…read moretruly the best! Leah is an amazing instructor. She comes prepared every week with different exercises that works on different parts of your body. I really get a good stretch and I feel much toner and stronger. Being an avid golfer, my lower back and hips usually bother me. But the Pilates classes has really helped alleviate that. Furthermore, I feel the classes has helped me be more flexible and has increased the distance of my drives! So thank you Leah! Unlike the other places, Hana Pono is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. I just love this place. I highly recommend this Pilates studio to everyone, golfers or not.

Luckily a friend suggested that I try physical therapy b/c she had great success with Kathy the owner. I had some physical therapy in the past, didn't see any results, but gave it another shot. Within a few weeks, my headaches were gone, and I'm so much more aware of what causes/fixes them. It started with some massage, and eventually to some stretching, then some light exercises to do at home. The big difference this time was how Kathy really helped me understand exactly how each exercise affects me, and how I'm causing my injuries which makes it easier to actively correct myself. But here's why I'll always go back to her and refer my friends. Everyone there is super great! Friendly, professional, and great customer service. I'm certain is a reflection of the owner (Kathy).
