I have seen Michelle the owner/chiropracter, Elizabeth the acupuncturist and recently this month Heather the massage therapist. All 3 were excellent. I stopped Chiro as that particular style didn't work for my head injury but the back Chiro part was fine. Elizabeth I saw for several V.A. extended visits, maybe 20-25 visits. I found her highly sensitive, intuitive, and an excellent acupuncturist. Looks can be deceiving--she seems so quiet and shy but she gave me very good acupuncture and I had several breakthroughs under her care not found at any other acupuncture appointments the V.A. sent me to over the past 12 years. Heather was awesome. My Bff was a massage therapist and went w/my brother so I never got a massage;) This was my FIRST massage in my life. She was excellent and although I was a bit sore the next day, my neck and traps were so much more relaxed--worth it. This is a good group and I'm happy the V.A. referred me there! I found this office through a simple search on Google, and needed an adjustment before I go into labor for a vbac (vaginal birth after cesarean section). I did some research and found that a Webster chiropractic adjustment would really help with preparing me for labor and making sure my pelvis and ligaments etc were well positioned with no restrictions for labor. So I decided to give it a try. When I called Dr. Glenn when her office was nearly closing, I was so suprised that she was able to fit me in the morning if the next day. We got to my appointment, and I filled out new patient information and when I went into my appointment she did an analysis. Asking me questions about my pregnancy and checking my movement. She had tables that accommodated for pregnant women, which I appreciated. I didn't have to hop my body onto a flat table, but she had tables that we're upright and could be adjusted to your body shape and then would recline you in a laying position. She examined my spine and adjusted my tail bone. She felt my belly and uterus and ligaments and she said my body didn't have any complications. Dr. Glenn was very gentle and considerate of my body and it's sensitivities at 39 weeks pregnant. She has such a sweet and genuine character and I can tell she genuinely wants good relationships with her patients. I don't regularly go to a chiropractor so I can't compare her to anyone else, but I had a wonderful first experience with her and would recommend her especially to other pregnant women.

Fast forward a few years and I come across a video of Dr. Norm doing an adjustment on social media. I found him!!! Hurray! I quickly made an appointment, and his assistant explained that he usually does xrays before adjustments and since I was a prior patient, he might be ok with doing an adjustment on my first visit. Side note: I have been regularly seeing different chiropractors over the years, but none of them ever got the adjustment quite like Dr. Norm does. Dr. Norm is great, he talks you through all of the adjustments and what he is doing and gets results. My first adjustment with him after years of trying to find a replacement reminded me of why I am so happy to have found him again.

The office is a clean, quiet office where you'll likely be greeted by Holly, Dr. Thurlow's wife. She's always cheerful and willing to help you out. I've hurt my back/neck/ hips several times and she's found a way to fit me into their very busy schedule to ensure I'm not in pain for too long. Dr. Thurlow is professional and always seems to know what area is causing the pain. He explains things in their medical terms as well as the "easy" terms for people like me :) Also present in the office are massage therapists by appointment only.
