Several MRI, CTs and the one I just had was an ultrasound with Rikki. I was so comfortable with her and she was so sweet. I had my results in 2 hours! I will definitely be requesting her if I need another ultrasound in the future! Also, I have to give Alex a shoutout who is usually the scribe for me before going into my imaging and she is so nice. It's always great to see everyone here! I love it here!

I was referred by my NP and scheduling called the next day and was able to set up an appointment with me the following weekday. I was so happy with their quick service. Wish I had known about this location since it's closer to me. My appointment was at 5pm but I was told to arrive 30mins prior to my appointment. I did all the pre-assessment/ check in on MyChart days before my appointment. I arrived at the building around 4:18pm there was a lady before me and it took a while to get me checked in only because the lady before me did not do her pre-screening questions on the app so the front desk was asking her all the questions. l waited about 10mins to get checked in. Unlike the Palm Location this place only had one receptionist and the phones were constantly ringing too. Not sure if it's because it's the end of the day or they are short staffed but they definitely need a 2nd person to assist to avoid long check in times. After checking in I sat in their waiting area, 5mins later they called me back and my sonographer was really nice. She was quick I was done and out of the building 5mins later. This place is clean, plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend downloading mychart app to do an e-check in prior to arriving to your appointment to avoid the long waits and it also helps the staff. Other than that I had a great experience.

I was fortunate to have been under Dr Molthen's care during some of my years in Fresno. He was the…read morebest chiropractor I ever worked with and to this day I realize the benefits of his treatment. Most important to me, was that, not only did he do adjustments, but he worked with my body structure, and gave me several exercises to fix things that were possible to fix on my own. Most notably, I have flat feet, and he taught me how to stand, so basically I could form my own arches. That helped me in so many ways, and mostly my balance. I do yoga, tai chi, and kung fu and my balance is excellent. Finally, it's been great to have basically a pain-free life with great balance due to better body form. I don't require that much chiropractic care anymore, but Dr. Molthen has always my standard when I seek care.

I've been to many medical offices and this was the best yet. They all spoke with each other in a positive professional tone and there's one other thing. They seem to be "happy". A rare occurrence today! When my time came a lady named Chris came and took me to the changing room and then to the CT machine. She was a delight to have as my CT operator. She's been at it for 37 years and still knows how to make patients feel like they're the first one ever. Before I knew it I was headed for In and Out to fill my empty belly! DEI hires, obviously.
