    Charmaine Hilyard. They were very polite and fast, The gentleman that took my X-Rays was very professional. Excellent customer service.

Calls are rarely, returned! I had an epidural a couple of weeks ago, and had several unusual symptoms I had never experienced. I put THREE calls into his office regarding 3 unusual symptoms and got one call back handling only one of the symptoms. I called again at night so the medical assistant would call me first thing in the morning, saying I was still concerned about my symtpoms and wanting to see the doctor and NEVER got a call back! The medical assistant is the conduit between the patient and the doctor and his medical assistants is unprofessional and doesn't seem to care for Dr. Guinto's patients. I'm frustrated and disappointed.

They rescheduled me for a week after the priorly scheduled appointment. Then they called and left me a voicemail canceling that appointment. I called the office back and they said the next appointment was months out and they'd have 'Zoe' call me. Well I never got rescheduled and never got ahold of anyone. Still no follow up appointment months later. Honestly this place is the WORST office I've ever been to. I give up. You can BET they are calling me to pay my bill though, so that's lovely. Bottom line is they push hundreds of people in and out of this place and money is all they care about. ----------------------------------------------- I saw Dr. Guinto who seemed genuine and listened to my concerns. At my first visit I had to arrive an hour early where I then waited almost two hours to be called back into the room. I then got my MRI. MRI department was wonderful. No complaints there. I had some issues trying to determine why this doctor suddenly said out of network when a week earlier it said he was in network (my insurance ended up solving the issue). The office staff was of ZERO help. They have been so rude when I have called in. Now I'm trying to schedule a follow up appointment, and they are over a month and a half out AND do not care about working around your schedule. As much as I appreciated Dr. Guinto, I'm going to try to find another doctor and go here as an absolute last resort. I have a M-F job and cannot spend 3-4 hours total waiting to be seen by a doctor. It's very difficult to even get the time off for a visit as Is.

Went to the appt and waited 45 min for them to tell me they couldn't get ahold of a radiologist to tell them where to specifically target the additional mammogram and they would contact me to schedule another appt. 5 days later I hadn't heard anything so attempted to call and see what was happening. The person I talked with said she would call me back within an hr. Never heard from her so I called back the next day (which is today) and after talking to 2 people and an hr later was told they didn't have any appts available until 9/21. I said I would be out of state and needed one sooner.I was then told I had to contact my Dr. (she has the report) and have her recommend another place to go. Good question is that if they are that busy how in the world were they able to get me in within a week for the 2nd mammogram. Seems to me it was important then but appears that it no long is. I am very concerned as this is a serious matter and should be taken care of as soon as possible. Another comment: the place you call seems like it is a huge call center. They cannot connect you with someone you spoke with earlier and there is a lot of noise in the background of people talking.

    When you face medical issues it is imperative to have clear, high resolution imaging coupled with…read morethoroughly detailed reports. Every single time I was getting imaging done my physicians were becoming frustrated with vague non specific reports. One specialist suggested that I get my referrals sent here and only here for the reasons mentioned above. Usually within about a week of insurance approving the imaging I get a phone call from scheduling. The facility hours early and late hours that are accommodating to those that work normal working hours. Customer service: I have always been greeted kindly and quickly or asked to please hold while dealing with a phone call or a patient in front of me. I have never waited for an appointment longer than about half an hour. Cleanliness: the facility including restrooms have always been very clean. If ushered to a room to change, the rooms have been clean and so are the back waiting area with the lockers. Providing explanations: It is important in the medical field to provide explanations for testing and imaging especially if they are invasive and involve contrast or an iv of any kind! I have always received very thorough explanations and asked if I understood and had any questions. Imaging: images are typically loaded the same day and reports are usually loaded in a few days. I have never had an issue with adding an extra doctor like my primary on to have the report sent to them also. I have a few doctors that want the images on disk and it takes about fifteen minutes after the appointment for them to do so. Reports:Every report I have received from this imaging center has had extremely detailed info including size, characteristics, noted other items/issues in viewing field, changes of previous imaging done, recommendations, findings, ... Will I return: EVERY SINGLE TIME I CAN AS LONG AS ITS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE!

This is a reschedule on their part too after they cancelled my original appt due to a call in. I have to drive almost an hour and a half to get here so I have no choice but to continue sitting here waiting. I will never come back here. The front desk ladies are nice though. CONTINUATION: I didn't get called back until after 4 o'clock. Changed into the gown and sat and waited to get my IV. IV in off to the MRI machine. I was handed squished up earplugs while I was already face down so it was difficult to get them in my ears. No headphones with music (I've had several breast mris and was always asked what genre of music would I like - here nothing.) which then makes the MRI super loud. Face down and the face donut didn't even come close to reaching my face. Was not offered a warm blanket or any blanket for that matter and it was freezing in the machine. No instruction on what was to happen or any communication during the procedure. Just not well cared for here.
