Lisamarie was able to salvage my hair and turn it to a nice, solid brown color. She was very transparent in what she was going to be able to achieve and thoroughly explained the entire process. I really appreciated her taking the time to walk me through everything. She also gave me a mini scalp massage while washing my hair and it felt amazing!
