Lisamarie was able to salvage my hair and turn it to a nice, solid brown color. She was very transparent in what she was going to be able to achieve and thoroughly explained the entire process. I really appreciated her taking the time to walk me through everything. She also gave me a mini scalp massage while washing my hair and it felt amazing! The overall vibe and atmosphere of the salon was nice too. There was complimentary tea, water, or wine and the staff was warm and welcoming.

About a year ago we visited the shop for him to get his hair shampooed and conditioned. That experience was great, but there was no styling done so I really didn't have much to offer in regards to a review. My 15-year-old son decided that he wanted to go to the shop to get two strand twists. His haircut kind of broken off in certain areas so we weren't really sure if that style was really going to work for him. Nia was amazing in every aspect. From the time that I called to schedule the appointment to the greeting, when we got there to her, explaining and making suggestions to my son for a different (which he went with, by the way). I feel like I need to make it known that for someone who has some level of social anxiety, I cannot express how much I appreciated the fact that this place was not overcrowded, the ambience was really nice. The staff was friendly. It wasn't loud and overwhelming. It makes it a very easy decision to make this a regular shop we will visit. Being in this area I am not familiar with very many shops for our hair. I'm really glad I found this place.
