Well, i never got a call back. Called 2 more times before booking elsewhere. I assumed maybe she was on vacation, because what business that wants any sort of success would not book a potential new client? I saved the Groupon to use toward having my hair done for my wedding. Same thing happened again, by this point i gave up and forgot about her as the Groupon was about to expire (the Groupon had expired by this point but she had a note saying it would never really expire at her salon, only for Groupon. That is why i hadn't refunded it prior) Fast forward to now. My husband and i are planning a trip to Chicago for a black tie event and i was thinking i might like to go blonde again. I found my Groupon while searching for hotel deals and thought i might give her one last shot. I Called and again had to leave a message. Again, never heard back. I contacted Groupon and asked what my options are since it is not by choice that i did not use my Groupon. They got back to me stating they contacted her and she should be reaching out within 4 days. Well this is day 3, and i do not expect to get a call tomorrow. Even if by some chance she returns my call, i don't even think I'd trust her to do a good job to spite me, i can't help but take it personally.

Extremely uncomfortable and make me feel like I'm sitting at a bus stop. For such an upscale place that always shocks me. The Birmingham location has actually chairs. That's really my only complaint! I see Cher at Salon Adell for my hair, Ashely at Ama La Vita salon for my lashes, Mindy for my nails (InNailvative Haus), and Sheer Dolls for makeup. I have seen Danny at Davincci's salon for eyebrows too! Fix the bench situation. Those are awful! Otherwise awesome spot!
