I was making a "scrap book" of a significant trip that I took in honor of my grandfather (right before I found out that he was in hospice) so getting these photos was a big deal. I messed up my own deliverable and needed to edit it and send it back to them to print. I called and they made sure they would put my two separate orders in but package them together for me. Grace was very nice and understanding about this entire thing. I then kept bugging Jake and asked about selling gear (because my stuff is just sitting), so I picked up the prints and brought my DSLR. Jake had my prints ready, and Robert helped me with my camera and lenses I was trying to sell. All went smoothly and they were all so nice. Highly recommend!

After all of the pictures they wanted us to take I asked for one of all the family recreating the picture I took with my parents. They refused to take the picture. They said "go to JC Penny and get that picture taken there". Horrible customer service and they don't care about what you want only what they are pushing as a service.
