But they had the car I wanted, so I decided to try them again. I liked the Crosstrek and bought it. Joe was a good salesman. First thing is that they added a tire protection plan to my bill without explaining it to me or even asking. I asked about it and Joe said that it could not be removed. I finally got the $338 removed from my bill. The cleaning of the car on delivery was poor. There is a serious ding on the hood that shows right through to the bare steel. Most importantly, the car was advertised as having "remote engine starter" which to me meant that I could start the car remotely. When I realized I didn't have the started fob and asked them, they said that this feature was only available through an app and a subscription to Starlink. I then needed a smart phone to operate it. Which I don't have. Also, I only found out about the one-year trial subscription to Starlink through my own investigation. They didn't mention it. Bonan Wang did help me with the subscription. They failed to resolve my issue with the remote starter and no longer respond to my emails. The last email response I received from Thomas B, the sales manager, was this string of letters sdgfredgserdfg. I like my "new-to-me" Crosstrek, but the dealership was below par on service.

Magdeglia Motors took great care of her. They are Honda/Acura experts. The people at the shop are great to deal with, and explain everything in detail. Pat showed me the stretched timing chain and the damage it had done to the whatchamacallit sprocket thingys. I nodded knowlegeably and (I am sure) he never suspected I had no idea what he was talking about, but I did appreciate the fact that he assumed I did. The total cost came in at more than $1000 less than the dealer quote, for the exact same Honda parts and mechanic time. I have found a new go to shop for the CRV.

They didn't try to make me feel pressured and didn't try to do any other scummy sales tactics. I asked for a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle at an independent garage, and they agreed without argument. They showed up with the car for the inspection on-time, and the car had no issues. They answered all my questions and concerns, and made me feel like my confidence in the vehicle and comfort during the sales process was their priority. The service team is also great. I bring my Camry back here for servicing all the time and there's never an issue. I like that I sign for the work I am agreeing to ahead-of-time, so there's never any dispute. And they don't seem to upsell me on more work than what is required. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this dealership.

I got the Tiguan back in September, and in March it got a flat tire, I call the Service department, he said he was going to order it, and he never did... On top of that, after changing the tires from Winter to Summer, the tire sensor never turned off and as of today it's still on. The slider of the sunroof didn't want to work one day and we had to leave the sunroof open, the infotainment screen not always turn on...And it's May 14, and I haven't received any calls from them. I called the VW Service Line, they advised to call another dealer in town, I called the Hunt Club location, no one answers, the appointment scheduler doesn't work... So, all this to say, if you buy a VW, be prepared to have hard times.

To whom this may concern or even care... I purchased my 2024 Tiguan back in March and have had…read morenothing but issues with the vehicle ever since. I always wanted to own a VW for as long a I can remember. They are built well, actually over built and engineered "supposedly" and never gave it a second thought that this vehicle would be unsafe for my family to tour in. Couldn't have been more wrong. I realize this is just one bad review out of hundreds or maybe thousands of positive good reviews out there but sometimes all it takes is just one. but please don't let my review deter you away from purchasing a VW. This has simply been my experience with "Taylor Creek VW" and the vehicle itself. 1) The sales person was a very polite person indeed, however at times made me very uncomfortable. Pushing things on me that I did not want, telling me that you don't want this your better off with that. Believe it or not I wanted an Atlas and I was told it was probably to expensive for me. Now at this time the sales person wasn't even aware of my budget, so who are they to dictate to me what I can and can not afford!!! After the purchase and pick up of the Tiguan, it wasn't long after that things started to happen. And I also realized there was a fare bit of information that was not passed down to me about the Tiguan that I had to learn for myself, simple basic information that any sales person should immediately tell you. 2) I have had nothing but computer and electrical problems with the Tiguan. The driver assist will come on whenever it wants and actually slows me down almost causing accidents, the info screen has a mind of it's own, it will turn on and off and change settings and radio stations all on it's own. I went to lower the back seat's using the pull handle's in the boot and the left handle broke right of in my hand and the wire was pulled out. The sales person never told me when they showed me this feature that the pull straps on the side of the back seats themselves actually work to put the seats down, they told me that the pull straps on the side of the seats were to put the back seats in there upright position again. And now believe it or not the tranny is slipping, this started the other day. must tell them this today. which brings me to number 3. 3) Service Department. I have never seen such a group of unhappy, unfeeling and uncaring people before. Stone cold look on there faces with no expressions what so ever. Makes it really uncomfortable. But then again I'm not the happiest person in the world either, so tit for tat I guess. I know the part for my info screen is there they told me and they left a message asking me to call them back to book an appointment to get the Tiguan in which I did. That was three weeks ago and No one has returned my call. Now remember when I wrote about the back seat latch breaking off in my hand. Well I got so pissed off I drove down to the service department at Taylor Creek VW and expressed in my anger out loud just how frustrated I really was. Now I'm assuming it was the head of the service department that came to speak with me and my son who was with me at the time to diffuse what I was escalating (yes I said what I was escalating / I'm on permanent disability due to severe mental health) The gentleman speaking with my son and I helped I would say the best he could but made me think that what I was telling him was no fault of others but my own. I had even explained to him about the vehicles computer system turning on the ACC while I was on the highway and slowing me down from 105kmh to 79kmh with other vehicles behind me almost becoming a permanent fixture to back end. At that time it had only happened the one time, it has now happened a few more times since then. I had purchased a very good extended warranty which includes a rental vehicle. I figured that the service advisors would have pulled the vehicle off the road and provided me with a rental until such time the computer issue and all were figured out??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Never again will I purchase a WV and will most likely take a serious hit on the negative equity scale when I trade it for a Ford. And as for the staff at VW who read these reviews please do not respond to me with your usual "I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but our staff isn't to blame etc, etc, etc" Take ownership with the fact you all sold me a lemon and for the blatant disregard for the SAFETY OF MY FAMILY AND THE OTHE MOTORISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
