As a plus, if you need a ride home when leaving your vehicle there and a pickup when its ready, they also provide that service free upon request. The service they provided today - power steering pressure hose replace - carries a 3yr/36k mile warranty. That's better for such a repair than any other shop I've ever been to. Be aware that they do charge an $80 diagnostic fee for up-front repair estimates. However the manager offered to consider waiving it if I get the repair done by them today. I believe that was because I asked up front when checking in. If I hadn't, I got the impression they would have charged for that even with the repair. In this case, however, they were very good about it and did not end up charging that fee. I'll be going back again - I like this shop.
