Beware! We fired this guy after he started an addition on our home. A structural engineering…read morefirm's analysis identified significant foundation build was required. We were told the structure would fail within two years as the weight bearing walls were not properly built and supported. We also had to redo the HVAC he installed. He disregarded significant building codes and standard industry practices. "who did this?" was the common utterance as every specialty contractor such as foundation companies, HVAC, electrical and tile provided their quote. Long story with legal action, not worth crying about. Bottom line, I would NEVER recommend this guy.
