I stopped by to get something cute for my husband for Valentine's day. Usually there's not much XS items, mostly S, M, L & XL. I remembered how one of my friends told me they don't carry XXS sizes in this store and told her she could order online. I never really notice that, but ever since she mentioned that, I made sure to look for all the possible sizes they offer. Which were limited got certain items. This VS store is a bit smaller than a few stores that I've been to, but it still offers the majority of the items sold everywhere else. The employees are not always attentive, probably why there are not many customers here.

I got myself some panties and bras and the girls there were really helpful and had honest opinions on what fit well and what didn't. When a specific item on my size wasn't there on the floor set they would go check in the back for me every time. The only thing I didn't like was the variety of merchandise which was understanding due to the size of the store. Otherwise it's decent :)

She works there all the time, and it's gotten so bad is that my solution is for my shopping partner to pay for mine, while I bring the car around.

At 6 minutes per transaction and 13 in front of me, 1 hour and 18 minutes is too dam long to stand in any line in any store. The masks are obviously there simply for decoration. I left my mask at home and came to this Ross and walked in. I saw the boxes of masks and asked for one so I could shop and she said no. I asked could I still shop and she said no. The drive was pointless. It would be best if masks could simply be given out during these times, because they're definitely not around for decoration. :/

I reported it to the manager who said it couldn't possibly be an employee because employees have to be rung up by management.
