The woman that answered the phone was very polite, took down my information and said that due to the windstorm and earthquake earlier in the year they were a bit backlogged but that I would still receive a call back from someone by the next day! I was already impressed, and even more so when I received a phone call only a few hours later from Jamie who was able to review the inspection photos and give me an idea on urgency and repair cost estimate range! I was incredibly impressed; he really knew his stuff! Contractors have a reputation for over promising and under delivering but this is not the case with Jamie, very knowledgable and responsive, delivering on what he promised!

Had a crack that ran along…read moreeight bricks, after waiting two months we got our repair with bricks of a different shade than the original, almost pink mortar (again not really matching original) and a $700 bill for three hours of work. I mean all and all it's not bad, just not what we were expecting at this price point. Nice people but next time we need brick work I will be doing some more research..

I found him a little weak (just a little) on the garden side of things, planting trees. bushes est... One of the things I liked most about him is he would go out of this way to hire & work with people who had problems, most people would have nothing to do with these people. Mark just has a big heart. When here he rehired a man who had stoled from him. Yet he forgave the man and put him back to work, "after a few weeks as punishment". He did keep a close eye on his men and I felt safe having them here. Mark did most the work himself as he trained the others on his crew. If you want it done right, And want a yard that looks great for years. Mark is your man.
