Therefore I am willing to issue you a full refund for the inspection we completed for $1155. If you would like to agree to that, we require a release form be signed and your reviews be removed. It is obvious that they want to keep their stars and this is how they do it. If you write a negative review then they require you to take them down and sign a waiver releasing them from liability. Is this a company that stands behind their product or is reputable if this is their requirement?

Not a good experience. The inspector was in a hurry, it seems and did not do a thorough inspection…read moreof the AC/furnace. It appears the AC had been broken for quite long and was not at all running. A major expense that could have been avoided, if it was detected during inspection. Now I have to shell out the money to fix it :-(. In addition, the inspector failed to detect a leak under the bathroom sink. My handyman infact detected the leak and also discovered the refrigerator was not working. I would not recommend them.
