And you can take your pick between dark and milk chocolate (I highly recommend the dark). My only complaint is that they're over an hour away from me. I keep dreaming about them!

Yelp gave us the location and I'm so glad we found it! Don't miss it, it's on the ground level of a hotel. The server was very friendly and when I mentioned we had been at the Pioneer Sugar factory the day before, she gave us an insight into the tour she had taken at the factory. We had the Uptown Funk and Dairy Farmers Delight. The custard, caramel and dulce combo tasted so "clean", I can't think of a better word for ice cream that tastes like it was made with the fewest ingredients. Cream, eggs, sugar and the mixins. I wish we lived closer, but the directions have been saved in Waze!

The only criticism I have for this location is that they only offer one size drink, and it's not nearly big enough. Please offer multiple sizes! We were told it was a 45-minute wait for pastys and we just couldn't wait that long, so maybe also having the hot food ready would be a good idea. Still, the milk, tea and boba was amazing and I meant to come back by on our way out and try some more flavors but I got distracted. I would definitely return here and recommend you try one of their many great flavors of boba drinks.

Although it was super busy when we arrived, we were able to place our order quickly and our tea came out in a timely matter. Really enjoyed the ambiance and the wide variety of boba flavors. The tea was also a bit too watery for my taste, but I plan to try different flavors next time I'm in the area!

In addition to the bakery there is a gift shop and cafeteria style restaurant. One might think this is a hotel and not just a restaurant. In the bakery the pastries are huge, probably double the size of a normal item. There are a multitude of pastries, donuts, breads, cookies, candy, and beverages. I had the strudel light flaky crust delicious apple filling. It's set up like a retail bakery (ok hence the name). However, that was my biggest disappointment. I was expecting a 'coffee shop' style place, but here is that it's somewhat set up as like a grab-and-go pick up or select items and have to take them to a cashier. And the coffee was self serve. I expected more like a regular café. In any case everything was very good. I'm glad I went to the bakery and not just the restaurant or I would've missed this entire place.
