I also use my nickname for everything, and my legal name only appears on rare documents. That's how I know they got my name indirectly. Someone named Grace Johnson sent me a text using my legal name (which nobody does), asking me if I wanted to sell my home. She said she was with PSS. I asked her what PSS stood for (because I wanted to report this inappropriate spamming since my number is registered on the national do not call list). She wouldn't tell me the actual company name. Days passed. Then, I get a call from someone named Jenn, also with PSS. I asked her what PSS stood for. She wouldn't answer and gave me a really vague response ("We are an investment company who..."). Only after I insisted for the actual business name, she disclosed that it stood for Property Seller Solutions. She then became abrasive and said, "Are you interested in selling your home or not!?" First, they spam me inappropriately, then withheld their business name while trying to talk me into selling my home to them, and give me this attitude. Very unethical business.

I interviewed all three recommended by Ramsey, and Ken was easily the stand-out. Ken's experience and intelligence are impressive, and he also has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with. Ken came up with a unique strategy to list my house for 20,000 more than the other agents. I think that his ingenious plan was the result of his many years of experience and his keen insight into the appeal of the house to potential buyers. The house is a midcentury modern, and Ken understood that while many people would not be interested in it, a smaller subset of buyers would love it and be willing to pay extra. Ken was able to get a full price offer within three days. The offer came with some potentially worrisome contingencies, but Ken did a careful analysis and chose the exact right course at every turn. He handled the transaction with confidence. It was all done so smoothly from start to finish, I didn't have to worry about anything and was able to focus on other aspects of the move. My net profit on this house was 20,000 to 25,000 more than it would have been had I gone with one of the other Dave Ramsey agents, which represents a difference of 40 to 50%. I am astonished at what Ken was able to do. As I have now moved to a much more expensive state, the extra money was very welcome for the down payment on my new house.
