I got directions (pretty hard to find w/address). When you see the address 250 on the building, cross Elizabeth and follow the building clear to the back, place is on the left. Once there, the gentlemen were there to help me carry my shredding materials. Very nice. I watched them pour them into a garbage container. I thought I'd get to watch them shred. (the last place did this) Not this time. Man said they shred at the end of the day. I guess I had to trust them. The cost for the service was $20. I had three large shopping bags full - about 20 lbs. I think the cost was OK. Giving them only 4 stars because I couldn't watch shred!

I had called a few mobile shredding services (and experienced poor walk-in service locally) before trying this company. Frankly, I had almost given up on my search and was on the verge of starting a document bonfire in my parking lot. Chris was super helpful and patient with my limitless questioning. He delivered the shredding receptacle to my office promptly and on time. Small Colorado Springs business need not fear the Pueblo location..apparently their trucks regularly roll through the Springs. I don't want to store boxes and boxes of files in my office and I'm usually too occupied to lug boxes around town for walk-in shredding. I needed a low volume document shredding service that I didn't have to think about. Mobile Record Shredders may be my answer. Their rates are too good to pass up and if the service continues at this level then I may end up being a long-term customer.

The disc injuries caused severe debilitating pain and resulted in permanent impairment and pretty significant loss of function. I was having trouble getting workers comp insurance to approve MRI's to properly diagnosis my injuries which initially were labeled as "strains and sprains" with medications and physical therapy the only treatment. I contacted Heuser & Heuser in Colorado Springs to help me get the medical care and treatment I needed. Heuser & Heuser assigned my case to Workers Compensation Attorney Matthew J. Striegel of Striegel Law, LLC out of Pueblo. Matt has been a successful and proficient Workers Compensation Attorney for many years, helping many clients get the medical care and treatment they need and reasonable and fair settlements. From the beginning, Matt and his team, Laura and Toni, were amazing and treated me like family and helped me navigate the complexities of the workers comp system and helped me resolve many issues along the way. The process was lengthy as I had multiple areas of injury to properly diagnose and treat. From start to finish my case took almost 2 1/2 years to complete and Matt and his team went above and beyond the entire journey. Earlier this month we were able to reach a very reasonable settlement, the largest settlement that has been reached with the high profile law firm we were up against. But more importantly to me, my debilitating pain as of the writing of this review, is much, much more manageable than it was for over 2 years. I am very grateful for this especially, to be almost pain free and able to carry out my normal daily activity without debilitating pain ~ managing our off grid homestead, our chicken and quail farm and even our turkeys. Thanks to Matt and his team, I was able to obtain the proper medical diagnostic tests and treatment to get me where I can function without significant and debilitating pain. To me, this is of more value than the awesome settlement that we reached earlier this month. Throughout the course of this journey, Matt, Laura and Toni all played vital roles in helping me overcome many obstacles, hurdles and complications of my particular case and what I discovered to be an arbitrary, capricious and very difficult worker's compensation system and the insurance company. Matt, Laura and Toni have been like family throughout this entire process and I'm thankful and grateful that GOD led me to them to endure and overcome this battle together with this team, and indeed it has been a battle! Thank you Matt, thank you Laura and thank you Toni. You make an amazing team and this calling that GOD has appointed you to Matt, makes a world of difference in the lives of those you serve and I have become one of many! Frank James Licher, IV

Matt Striegel and his team were a beacon of light during a very dark time in my life after I was…read moreinvolved in a serious car accident. A coworker referred me to Matt the morning after my accident and I called him immediately, which was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Right away Matt began working my case and advising me even before I signed any paperwork. With Matt, I not only got an exceptionally talented attorney, I also got a fighter, negotiator, advocate, supporter, sympathizer and a friend. There are truly no words strong enough to express my gratitude. After an ordinary trip to the grocery store, I was stopped at a red light and hit by a drunk driver that totaled my new car and left me with multiple injuries. My injuries appeared subtle at first and because of misdiagnoses and medical delays it took almost three years for me to reach maximum medical improvement. Despite the long process, Matt never suggested or pressured me to settle my case and solely focused on my medical recovery while he and his team continually collected all the documentation and paperwork needed to build my case. I went through two surgeries, five rounds of physical therapy, multiple injections and alternative treatments as well as suffering from a concussion, PTSD and chronic pain. I was not always the easiest client but throughout this painful journey Matt was available to address my questions or concerns 24/7, his support, patience, calm demeanor and gentle encouragement kept me moving forward when at times I wanted to give up. Once I achieved maximum medical improvement, Matt had already built a strong case and was able to quickly reach resolution while avoiding litigation. He worked with the insurance companys to get me the maximum financial settlement for my case and also negotiated with my health care company to reduce my lien despite their initial firm refusal. My accident cost me around $13,000 out of pocket and Matt was able to get me reimbursed for all my expenses as well as a very sizable sum for pain and suffering that I was able to use as a down payment for a new home. I am grateful for the financial recovery of my case but I'm equally thankful and relieved that my injuries have healed, my PTSD and chronic pain have subsided, and I know I wouldn't have achieved this without Matt's focus on my recovery and legal expertise handling my case. Going through an accident is financially, physically and emotionally draining but having an attorney you trust and who makes your physical, emotional and financial recovery their top priority is priceless. For me, Matt Striegel was truly a Godsend, he's an exceptional attorney and a man of integrity, kindness and compassion.
