He only wanted to give a 25 dollar discount on a error that was made by the associate who is also 82 years old that made the mistake. How many days had the tag been on the chair. I know everyone needs a job. The first dentist was an Asian lady, the second dentist was Dr. David ? (did not catch his last name). Both doctors, during both visits, rushed through the process, were extremely rough pushing into my mom's mouth and did not have time to wait or listen to my mom due to the fact that her speech/voice is extremely low and slow; my mom is elderly & under hospice care and has very little strength these days to even speak. During my mom's 2nd fitting, which was 2 months later when they said 4 weeks, Dr. David displayed his dissatisfaction with how slow my mom was responding and (I kid you not) even huffed & puffed and complained to his two assistants that he had to get out of here in 30 seconds - wow, the nerve of this guy!
