Their office provided me with a kit to collect specimens at home. I read all the instructions carefully and sent in my kit to the lab. Two weeks later I ask if the results have come back and they leave me a message saying there was something wrong with my specimen (see photo of voicemail transcription) I immediately call the office, asking if I did anything wrong and they tell me that the specimen is expired which didn't make sense to me, so I call the lab where I sent the specimen to find out from them what went wrong and they tell me that HILL PARK MEDICAL provided me with an expired kit!!! I call Hill Park back and say, hi it was the kit you gave me that was expired, not my specimen, and ask if they can do anything to make it right, and they just say no, you didn't pay for this so what do you want. Honestly what would have made ALL THE DIFFERENCE here would have been if they would have called and said, "Hi, we're so sorry for our mistake! We made an error that is going to be very frustrating for you because you had to collect samples for three days and now you have to go through that again and wait two now weeks for results. We want to make this right with you..." But instead they acted like it was my fault the sample was bad and I had to find out on my own what happened. We did pay for an expensive office visit (through insurance) and I'm shocked they wouldn't check expiration dates.

It's now Friday and I won't get it until Monday IF they have time to look at it!!!! Stay away. They obviously are not in the business of helping their patients - maybe if I offered money I could get the signature????

I guess for some people that works but I would rather have a thorough legit exam.

Kristine was patient, I never felt rushed, I felt heard and she clearly was concerned and helpful. I have had some bad experiences with docs in the area and was told Keri Teran was good so I called in and she did not have any appointments that days and was in turn sent to Ms. Henry. I am so glad I was and I now feel confident I have someone to go see when the need arises. The office staff was friendly and on time. I felt like they really cared about each patient who walked in the door, unlike so many other medical offices around sonoma county where you feel like you are bothering the front desk to get help or an appointment. Dr. Anton is an Internal medicine doctor, he is very astute in Diagnostics, and works with you to find the best plan for your better health. I didn't want to take the Rx for lowering cholesterol, so he found the holistic approach of red yeast, and asked me to try it instead. I like that approach... I take enough pills! Old fashioned, lab coat wearing doctors who weigh you every time you visit, and ask about changes in eating if you lose 5 lbs. is a doctor who is paying close attention to my well being! I hope he doesn't decide to retire anytime soon!!! There is only one bad thing... it's not about him at all ... The person who answers the phone is not very nice!

I was greeted in a timely manner, the staff each took care of their assigned tasks in a manner which was efficient while not rushing me. Every detail was handled with an eye toward making the experience as comfortable as possible, from the way they handled keeping track of my personal effects to the way they prepared me and helped me out once the surgery was completed. I even got a courtesy call a few days after my procedure to check to see how I was doing. My unabashed thumbs up.
