His office is located in a gym so should your treatment plan include exercise, you have full access to that equipment as well. I can't stress enough how patient he is and how he truly cares and listens to what you need. I wrapped up my sessions and left with a better understanding of what I can do to help myself to avoid injury or pain, how to help myself should I experience pain or stiffness in the future and what great form and posture looks like while using gym equipment.
