Patient, kind, caring--the sweetest. It was Lulu's first time going to a groomer and because she is blind she is very sensitive to sound and touch. Andrea made Lulu feel as comfortable as possible by talking to her, playing calming music and giving her intermittent hugs. Best of all she looks and feels so much better! I wish I had a "before" photo to compare with as her fur was matted, uneven and a mess. Thank you, Andrea for coming to the rescue! My parents are beyond happy with her new look. Highly recommend Andrea for you pets grooming needs.

I pay a little more then I do at Petco, but she's totally worth it. She treats the dogs like they are her own and is so loving to our pups. Give Andrea a try, you'll never go back to a salon again!

I waited a full 7 months to write this review to ensure it didn't just come from an emotional…read moreplace. I brought my precious 18.5 year old boy here to assess whether we should continue to medicate him or help him cross the rainbow bridge. I decided for the latter and that isn't what made this such a terrible experience. I regret each moment after I made that decision. When you arrive at this clinic, they take your dog from you and examine them while you wait in the car. So they had already taken him from me. The vet came out to have the conversation with me about options, and when I made my decision they told me I could wait in the car or the reception area. I chose the reception area, not really thinking much about it because I was grieving. Within moments, the receptionist started giving me papers to sign and options for cremation and I heard my baby boy screaming bloody murder in the room next to the reception area. I was in a panic, but in freeze mode, crying while the receptionist just stared at me. I had no idea they were going to needle and sedate him before I even got to see him again! After what felt like an eternity of hearing him scream, they brought me into the room and he was completely in shock and already half way gone. I picked him up and she didn't even give me a chance to talk to him or say anything she just stated explaining what she was injecting into his IV. He was dead within mere minutes of me stepping into the room. Then of course they told me to take all the time I needed. I was so traumatized I walked out and left his blanket, his bed, his collar. To be fair, I called the clinic a week later and left a message saying I wanted to speak with the clinic manager about a recent experience. No one ever called me back. They never even called to see if I wanted his things back. And they charged me over $400 for this traumatic experience. Don't get me wrong, losing a dog is never easy. But when I've done home euthanasia before, it's so much more peaceful and compassionate. This. Was. Awful. My sweet boy did not deserve to die that way after 18 faithful years. I will never, ever forget his screams. Never. Look elsewhere for pet care. This place doesn't deserve your money.

We did a full service and the ladies were SO attentive to our dog's needs. They listened as I told them about her MANY conditions and problems and were very supportive of her. The best part is usually after a groomer appointment, Peanut disappears and hides because she had so much trauma, but she came home and it was like nothing had happened. She was a little tired, sure but she was bubbly, ate her food, and even did her tricks which was HUGE! We will be returning!! Thank you ladies!! Side note- they take CASH so be aware of this!!!
