The English version of the cafe menu described this dish as "big vegetarian ravioli." With five options to choose from, I went with the Heftig & Deftig/Good & Solid which featured bacon and cheese in addition to the German-style pasta. Every bite was rich and flavorful and acted as a solid jumpstart to my first full day in Karlsruhe. I washed my meal down with a Rosemary-infused water which was quite refreshing.
