I broke my hand and was refused an in-person appointment to have my hand and x-rays assessed by the secretaries. They then lied to him claiming I was verbally abusive, which I wasn't, for being persistent that a proper assessment could not be done over a video call. When I waited quietly outside his doctor's office to hopefully speak with him the following week in order to clarify and report what happened, he greeted me with two security guards. In that time I was suffering from chronic pain. I called to ask if I could come in and be seen for a more immediate appointment for my acute pain, as this is what every other Doctors office has always done for me. They said no and told me to go to a hospital. So I waited for my appointment to arrive. When I arrived I got dropped off by medical transport, only to find that they were making patients wait outside of the building. I had to stand there suffering surmounting pain as there was no where to sit. Eventually I got called in, and was able to see an unfriendly nurse, and then after a long wait I finally saw my new Doctor. The new Doctor quickly told me that she was actually not accepting new patients, and she would see me that day but that I should go back to my old doctor (who I couldn't go back to). She rushed through my visit haphazardly speaking to me for just long enough to get her paid by insurance and then left the room without doing so much as giving me a routine checkup. And hence why I say that there is no point trying to be a patient here.
