I placed an order for one case of a bisque item and 'the two most recent catalogues of the main company they order from. A week goes by and nothing. Finally I send them an email and they finally get the ball rolling. When I receive the package the bisque was fine however they sent me two of the most recent catalogue, not the two most recent ones. I send them an email kindly advising of their error asking them correct it. They try to tell me I did not make such a request so I send them the original email and then they try to tell me the way it was phrased they interpeted it to be the two most recent and still try to shift the blame. Finally after firmly stating how it is their error and if they responded when I originally contacted them there wouldve been no need for an email they agree to correct their error. However stating it will be 1-2 days because they dont want to stand in line at the post office. On the third day I ask if its been sent and they just wrote back 'No' So if you want to deal with rude, inmature people who mess up orders and try to blame the customer, order from this horrible company. Personally Id look elsewhere. **Follow up** The owner of this company now advises me because of writing this review she will make sure she takes longer to correct her error because of this review. However, we found Cornerstone Christian Supply in Cheyenne (60 miles on mostly I-25 at 77 mph) online and visited. It took about 50 minutes where the trip to Denver is 90 minutes in decent traffic. We found a great store with an abundance of Christian material from Bibles, study guides to books. We will be driving to Cheyenne in the future for any needs from a Christian bookstore. An added bonus - the owner greets you warmly and is extremely helpful.

This is a true example of a mom and pop shop. I looked at their website and Instagram posts. Due to it being owner ran she is not open like big stores. Make sure to call or message on Facebook or instagram to get times or book an appointment through her website. I was only in town a few days so I needed to go on Saturday. I reached out via messenger on instagram and was contacted back within an hour. She was not open on Saturday because she was having a pop up event at a local brewery. $85 for a beer, hat and accessories. That was a great deal. In store prices can range from $90-$200 depending on the hat and accessories you pick. Got to brewery at 12, hats were first come first served. I tried on a few colors until it settled on my tan hat. Next step was to pick the accessories to make your hat truly yours. I picked ribbon, flowers, feathers, cards, and even had it branded. Whole process took about 1 hour, even with about 15 other people in there for the same thing. Next time I am in town I will be going back to Wild J Trading to get another hat.
