Food: The foie gras sushi is one of my favorites, only in France! Something you cannot get in the states. I have tried others as well, the California roll does not taste like a California roll exactly, but it could be their interpretation. All of the maki and shashimi sushi are very fresh and I have never had a bad experience with the food.
Atmosphere: I love the plant walls, they are awesome, very cool decorations inside. Spacious place too, probably because it is not downtown. It is a very modern establishment.
Service: Our waitress was very nice and quick to take our order. Even though it was very busy, she still managed to have a smile on her face and was polite to us. No complaints about the service.
Price: Middle of the road, I would say. I have been to cheaper places, but also been to more expensive as well. Look to spend about 20 Euro per person for a solid meal. If you get one of the boats, it's cheaper but none of them come with the foie gras rolls, so...
Overall: One of my favorite places in Toulouse. I would give it a "5" if they had something spicy, like a jalapeño roll or something new with the foie gras roll. I like trying new types of sushi, so when I go to a new place, it is nice to see different options. This place has a solid stock of sushi that most places carry and, although good because of the quality, you CAN find them at other sushi shops. Try something unique, see if it takes. Add something with jalapeño and I will update my review! :) read more
