This is the first time that I was with my husband in Kabab Village restaurant in Calabasses. My husband and I ordered chicken Kababs. Food was delicious. Services were great. Specifically our waiter Arsham was so nice. I recommend you can go and visit them.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Amazing service they are very welcoming and attentive. The food is very good as well DEFINITELY not dry like other kabob places this one really stand outs! The bread was fresh baked and very good. Beautiful ambiance so cute for a date. We sat at the outside patio and it's definitely a place I would have an event at. We will definitely be coming back . Our server Ava was just the sweetest person/ server to ever help us! The prices are really good priced and big portions as well! Definitely a place I would recommend I generally can't understand why anyone would rate this place anything other then 5 stars

We were a party of 25 sitting outdoors. They set up our seating iwas in a U shape with the center area available as a dance floor. The outdoor decor reminded me of being in a posh cabin in Maine The kabob dishes were surprisingly good. Most of us ordered half rice, half salad, and they brought an entire bowl of salad on the side rather than put it on the plate.. The service was quite attentive, and we had a blast dancing the night away thanks to a great music selection of their DJ. We were there for over 4 hours

Not sure there's enough room to write this review but I've had a lot of Persian food in the area and while everyone's service is generally excellent, I'm proud to call Kabob village our hidden gem. The owner is always available to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your meal. The lentil soup is my children's favorite in the valley and my wife and i literally fight over the chicken kabob. You gotta take your family too.

Food was great and the decor is nicely setup. I like that they have a large outdoor seating area perfect for a big party. Can't go wrong

The service was excellent, but the kebab was a bit dry and could have been more flavorful. It was way better before.

OMG this is the best kebab I had in a good while!…read more Absolutely delicious- the seasoning is so good , the meat is tender and juicy. The bread is phenomenal, the hummus yammm Very nice clean and cozy place , beautiful windows and nice staff. However the only think was a bit leaking is service . While they were nice for the entire sitting they checked on us in the begging and in the end . We wanted more bread but no one would even come close to our side. However while we were still eating they started removing plates and brought us the check, pretty rude , given that we're still not done. The girl wanted us to pay immediately which was strange. The in 3 min the guy came and ask again if were ready . They made us feel rushed . I wouldn't mind another glass of wine and desert but we weren't really given a chance :( We had a reservation in advance and weren't just sitting, so the treatment was strange . But still the food was so good that I wouldn't mind another absolutely be back for more ! Maybe order to go next time lol

On May 9th, 2026, we made reservations for 24 people to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday…read more We have the following comments about the food and service we received from that evening. * They aligned tables for us to accommodate the reservations, but the tables were so close to each other that it was dangerous getting up from the seat to walk out. So many of our guests complained. * When we were making the reservation, the manager told us that one side occupied 20 people and they crammed 24. Even with 20, the table space was way to small and we felt like sardines. Our mom uses a wheelchair and we had to move her out of the way in order to get up from the table to use the restroom. * We requested a separate small table to place our cake. They complained that we were taking up to much space and that we would have to move the cake to the area where we were seated. They provided a cart they used in the kitchen that was too small to place the cake. We had to clear off space in front of my wife for the cake. It's awkward to talk with people with a giant cake in front of you. * They told us we have to cut the cake ourselves after been told that they charged 3.00/cake slice. I understand the extra charge, but then they got snotty about it and told us to cut it ourselves. * The slide show that was provided to us was so small on the tv and we could not even hear it. * They forgot the egg plant, pita breads, and entrée's. We had to pester them even to get our food. We only had a couple hours reserved and they took an hour to get us all the food. In the end we had 10 minutes to inhale cake before they came over and complained that we took to long. Really? I think they have it backwards. The only thing that took a long time was the restaurant staff. Many of the guest asked us if they were bringing any additional food out. * We informed them that we had not started to eat until an hour after the reservation. We wanted to get an hour extended but they said we had to leave at the reserved time. It gave us no time to talk to each other and the manager was getting aggravated. It was not a friendly atmosphere for the type of party the restaurant said we can have. I had to call Shirin in order to get an itemized receipt and that was a hassle as well. All the arrangements had been discussed and approved with the manager at this restaurant. You only turn 60 once and we were looking forward to celebrating my wife's birthday. We spend $1349.00 at the restaurant. The only reason we accepted this location was because they approved all of our decorations and seating. Clearly, this place cannot handle a party.

I would normally choose the other restaurants, but my fiancé wanted to try this one and I'm glad we did. They have indoor and outdoor seating with Iranian art on the wall. I only saw 2 people working at the time and 4 customers on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were nice and brought us whatever we needed. We ordered the Parkway Mix Kebab Platter (for 2) which included 1 skewer fillet mignon + 1 skewer boneless chicken + 1 skewer beef koobideh. This came with salad, rice, and charred tomatoes for $55. The flavors were outstanding and the portions were big. We couldn't even finish it, but when we got home we couldn't wait to eat the leftovers for dinner. Even though I have never been to the restaurants next door, I'm so glad we came to Parkway because the food was healthy, fresh, and oh so delicious.

Small place with only two tables so I'm guessing most people get take-out which we did and it was fabulous! Called the restaurant directly as it's cheaper and they keep all the money (rather than Door Dash). It was ready in 15min and we shared: 1. Falafel Plate w/ salad, pita, and dressings. Tasty -- not dry at all. 2. Chicken Kebob Plate w/ salad, rice, and pita. This was amazing with two skewers of ground chicken with authentic spices mixed in. I substituted their signature "Sour Cherry Rice" and this was maybe the star of the show. Unique flavors, lots of cherries, and a HUGE portion! We have found our Middle Eastern take-out place for lunch and dinner (they close at 7pm -- so get your orders in early). Also nice to support a local, family run business instead of the chains (I'm talking about you Panini Kebob Grill!)

To me, the flavors were fine but something felt a bit off, like the ingredients could have punched a bit better. I'm still glad I tried this place. I do like that they have complimentary tea but I don't like that an automatic gratuity is included and applied automatically to parties of one or more, especially when we got our food to go. I've see more and more restaurants do this lately and I always dock a star on my review if they do, it just really isn't cool and I'd prefer to add gratuity on my own terms.

Based on the timing and symptoms, we strongly suspect the food may have been the cause. I contacted the restaurant the next day and spoke with a staff member (name starting with "A"). She took my number and said management would call me back. No one followed up. I called again a few days later, and was told the same thing -- still no response.
