    Ground Beef Kabob plate
    Ellie R.

Great hole in the wall spot serving up authentic Persian for incredibly reasonable prices. All their plates are around the $11.99 mark and are extremely generous and delicious. Employees were amicable and prompt.

This is my first time at this little restaurant. It looks like a hole in the wall, but it is so delicious like homemade Persian food. I met my friend Veronique that lives right around the corner and we ate in I had a ground beef skewer plate, a.k.a. Koobideh with a delicious fluffy Persian rice and a salad. The meat was very fresh and juicy the way I like it I also ordered a side of cherry rice to go And a walnut stew to go: made with pomegranate and walnut sauce with chicken chunks. It also came with rice on the side. Delicious place delicious dishes at a very reasonable price‼ I will definitely come back A very much highly recommend that place

Bibi Sara is one of our neighborhood go-tos. Always delicious! We always get the plates - yummy falafel, super moist chicken and well seasoned steak. You can't go wrong. Plus, we love supporting local business.

Rice, Mixed Beef and Chicken Kubideh, Plus - salad, Hummus and Pita.. for 3-4 people.

Tonight having a (small ) guys poker night and called one of my favorite local places for the hookup. Mr. Bibi was as always extremely helpful to meet my needs. In the past he had helped me cater for parties up to ten people, and they all left extremely satisfied. Tonight being a smaller event I expressed my needs and like always he crafted the perfect solution. Trust me when I say- you could not get this quality for this many people at a better value anywhere. The food is a 10*, the service 10*+, and the price per person is very very fair... They've been in operation for longer than I've lived in LA- and there's a good reason why.. Please call him - (but give a reasonable time to prepare as he is only one chef plus assistant). Tonight (Friday) I called 40 minutes before closing!! - and he delivered:) I call and say hello my friend., so tonight I have a party of 3, or 4 and need your help... and man, does he come through. Thank you Mr Bibi.. you are a great chef and gift to your community. Truly, humbly, your friend. - William.

This is one of those hidden gems, an organic restaurant nestled in the heart of a big city neighborhood. For the past 15 years, it has grown organically, not through flashy ads or fancy decor, but through word of mouth. Locals chat about it at the gym, the hairdresser, and family gatherings. It's simple, unpretentious, and definitely worth a visit.

I was like "what?" And then Alberto the order taker started explaining the difference, but I cut him off. I said I already knew the difference, but they were the first to ever give the option. I was very impressed and I hadn't even had a bite yet. The service was very attentive, warm and wholly professional. The food was very reasonably priced. The portion sizes were hefty. And the best part was how good my food was. My falafel wrap was as good as it gets--but even bigger than that. The house salad that came with the wrap included a delicious dressing. Great little business in a popular shopping center with Dollar Tree and laundromat. I use the laundromat for my big blankets, and now I know where I'll go to kill time and wait. 5 stars.

My favorite items are the boneless chicken (Whether it's a pita wrap or entree), the salmon, and the house salad with their house dressing. Sometimes I even dip my salmon in the dressing directly. I always get excellent customer service. Always friendly and pleasant. It's a very comfortable vibe.

They have a cute little bar and the staff is very friendly. Instead of ordering at the front, you can sit at your table and the server comes to you. Also, at the end I expected that they would automatically give us the bill, but actually you have to ask for it when you're ready. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma which arrived with rice, garlic sauce, and a fresh salad. I don't know if it's because I was starving, I had been running around all day and hadn't yet eaten a meal, but I was extremely impressed with the food. The chicken was hot and flavorful, I loved the garlic sauce, and the salad was literally fresh and light tasting. Some other people trickled in and then went outside and were playing games and smoking hookah. I don't know if it's standard for the hookah to be outside or not, but I thought that was nice that they did it that way. OMG this is the best kebab I had in a good while!…read more Absolutely delicious- the seasoning is so good , the meat is tender and juicy. The bread is phenomenal, the hummus yammm Very nice clean and cozy place , beautiful windows and nice staff. However the only think was a bit leaking is service . While they were nice for the entire sitting they checked on us in the begging and in the end . We wanted more bread but no one would even come close to our side. However while we were still eating they started removing plates and brought us the check, pretty rude , given that we're still not done. The girl wanted us to pay immediately which was strange. The in 3 min the guy came and ask again if were ready . They made us feel rushed . I wouldn't mind another glass of wine and desert but we weren't really given a chance :( We had a reservation in advance and weren't just sitting, so the treatment was strange . But still the food was so good that I wouldn't mind another absolutely be back for more ! Maybe order to go next time lol

On May 9th, 2026, we made reservations for 24 people to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday…read more We have the following comments about the food and service we received from that evening. * They aligned tables for us to accommodate the reservations, but the tables were so close to each other that it was dangerous getting up from the seat to walk out. So many of our guests complained. * When we were making the reservation, the manager told us that one side occupied 20 people and they crammed 24. Even with 20, the table space was way to small and we felt like sardines. Our mom uses a wheelchair and we had to move her out of the way in order to get up from the table to use the restroom. * We requested a separate small table to place our cake. They complained that we were taking up to much space and that we would have to move the cake to the area where we were seated. They provided a cart they used in the kitchen that was too small to place the cake. We had to clear off space in front of my wife for the cake. It's awkward to talk with people with a giant cake in front of you. * They told us we have to cut the cake ourselves after been told that they charged 3.00/cake slice. I understand the extra charge, but then they got snotty about it and told us to cut it ourselves. * The slide show that was provided to us was so small on the tv and we could not even hear it. * They forgot the egg plant, pita breads, and entrée's. We had to pester them even to get our food. We only had a couple hours reserved and they took an hour to get us all the food. In the end we had 10 minutes to inhale cake before they came over and complained that we took to long. Really? I think they have it backwards. The only thing that took a long time was the restaurant staff. Many of the guest asked us if they were bringing any additional food out. * We informed them that we had not started to eat until an hour after the reservation. We wanted to get an hour extended but they said we had to leave at the reserved time. It gave us no time to talk to each other and the manager was getting aggravated. It was not a friendly atmosphere for the type of party the restaurant said we can have. I had to call Shirin in order to get an itemized receipt and that was a hassle as well. All the arrangements had been discussed and approved with the manager at this restaurant. You only turn 60 once and we were looking forward to celebrating my wife's birthday. We spend $1349.00 at the restaurant. The only reason we accepted this location was because they approved all of our decorations and seating. Clearly, this place cannot handle a party.

We decided to come back with friends but on a Wednesday night at 6:30 instead. Sat at a table in the area where the music was but it was very loud and tightly packed with tables and guests. I could barely hear my friends due to the loud conversations, loud laughter, and just the acoustic affects in the restaurant were bad from that. We ordered steak, sides, and thought baked potatoes but got mashed instead. After we ate dinner we asked the manager if we could seat outside for dessert instead due to the loud noises around us. He brought us there but we had to wait at the bar outside till we were seated took an additional 15-20 minutes. After seated it was better than inside with a nice decor too instead. Dessert was ok service good. For such a high-ended restaurant and pricy food it's only avarage, inside decor pretty but very and tightly packed with guests and loud especially for a week day night kind of unusual, I was disappointed think it's a bit overrated sorry to say. I think Flemings, Ruth Chris, or Morton's are better food wise for the same price and dining experience and not as loud too. Think what could make it better is to thin out the crowded packed affect in the main inside dining area would help a lot too, or, if we ever go back sit outside instead I recommend. The service and staff there were very nice, friendly, and attentive and worked hard during service though. So overall raiting is a 3. Tuesday music night inside was good though think because the band is set up where tables of guests would be so less talking and guests listening to the music instead. Hope they make some changes to there inside seating there for improvements will and could help overall.

The place is small but vibrant with orange color everywhere, including the seats. The background Israeli music is soft and the vocals are brilliant. You feel lke dancing. The aroma is that of Kababs, falafel and more. Yes, if you closed your eyes, forgot that you are in the valley, you may actually be in a small cafe, in Jerusalem. I came here for a carry out lunch (like I always). What attracted me about the menu was that it was small. Ne way to look at it is, that they have mastered all those items on the menu. My interest though lay mainly on one item, the Pargiot skewer. Essentially, an Israeli baby chicken, where the boneless skinless chicken thighs are marinated in herbs and grilled for succulence and taste. A first for me. I ordered one skewer a la carte ($11). It lived up to its reputation. Not only flavorful, but with a different satisfying chicken bite and texture. If anything, it was slightly over cooked. You have to get falafel when you are at an Israeli place. Here each costs $0.75 and I added six of them to the order and requested extra tahini. While you can get falafel in most middle eastern restaurants, they are never the same. This one seems to have hit the mark in a unique way. The stuffing had more greenery, hence accentuating the fragrance, mouthfeel and taste. One of the best, if not the best. Tahini was also superb, with the right amount of viscosity and flow. Service was exceptional.
