Every time this groomer and I spoke, it was always an issue to work around my schedule, even after corresponding for over a month. She was completely inflexible and when a date and time came that worked for both of us, she ended up cancelling on me because I had questions about pricing. She charged my mom $80 and wanted to charge me $120. No big deal as I have the money, but she would not indicate what the other $40 would cover. Mind you, my mom and I have similar breed of cats, so the $40 increase makes no sense at all. All in all, GO ELSEWHERE, unless you want to be dragged along and not provided with honesty and details as to what the fee includes. She is extremely unprofessional and I will never put a good word for her.

I even provided a picture that I showed her in the person and I sent the exact picture to their phone as reference. In addition to telling them specifically how I wanted my dog's face cut I also explained how I didn't want the hair above his nose to be shaved down due to the fact I hated that look and I wanted the round cut. She assured me that was fine since he had more than enough hair. I come to pick him up ( 3+hours later) and his cut is the EXACT WAY I SAID I DID NOT WANT IT!!!I asked why did they cut it that way and her reason was because she forgot. How do you forget the specific instruction on a cut of a paying customer. I explained it and left a picture for her to just cut my dog the way she felt she wanted to cut him. I expressed how I hated it and I should be compensated. This experience was horrible. A groomer is someone you should trust to listen to you and provide a service. I will NEVER return. I left in tears because my request was not unreasonable and all I got was that she forgot! That is totally unacceptable!! Once my review was posted and the owner replied, I then get a text with the following reply which is a complete LIE! I asked more than once if it was due to my puppy being hyper and was told it wasn't NOT. Hime being hyper wasn't even mentioned until they tried to go around the fact that she simply forgot to cut him as I requested. No accountability and no responsibility on their part in FORGETTING ( her exact words) to respect my request on a cut. I would rather them just apologize than to try and cover it up or make "better" by lying. I left a review to others to see my experience and to be careful. I would have more respect if they replied with accountability and the fact that they should listen better and communicate better.

I'm so glad I found this spot! They are amazing with Goldendoodles and the lady which I believe is the owner was so friendly. I didn't give too much direction on how I wanted his haircut and kind of was worried that I should have said something. But nope, not needed! He came out absolutely perfect. When I went to go pick him up, I also saw a doodle leaving and another one getting groomed. Safe to say they are doodle experts! I rarely give reviews but I was very happy with this place and felt like they deserved it.

My dog was shy, but this clerk didn't care, as he dragged my dog through the gate and treated my dog as if my dog were a mop because my dog refused to walk with him. My dog has a sixth sense; she knew he (the clerk) was not nice at all. The clerk was so impatient with my dog's shyness that she refused to go with him. I should have pulled her (my dog) out of there immediately, but I was on a phone meeting while I waited in my car for my dog. When I finished the meeting, I decided to see how my dog was being treated. To my surprise, I saw a groomer (a girl) using a hair dryer on my dog without covering my dog's ears. I have never seen such abusive behavior toward my dog, without any concern for my dog's safety, with the hard air pressure being blown at my dog's ears. When I asked the same guy clerk who checked my paperwork, he had a less caring attitude toward my dog and told me that I should have told him to put an ear muffler on my dog. I was never told that I could request this at check-in. This guy is completely unprofessional in many layers of customer service. He was in too much of a hurry to check in without asking me about any concerns about my dog's safety or how they washed my dog. At the end of check-out, my dog's leash was not placed in the correct format before I checked out my dog. I will never go here again, and I will let many of my friends who are dog owners know about the very poor service at this location. I hope that the creator of this service recognizes that this cannot happen again. The owner of this place should treat his employees with the same unprofessionalism they showed my dog.

The staff was incredibly responsive to my last minute call for an evening appointment. The vet tech and vet team were both so amazing: explaining in detail what they were doing and why. We discussed treatment options and prices and the pros and cons of each option until I made a decision that I felt confident in. This was an amazing first experience and I'd recommend anyone to come here!
