They got enrichment every day and throughout the month they have themed days which is so fun. They're active on instagram so it's nice to see how much they enjoy being with the pups. If you're worried about staff not caring about the dogs, trust me they do. These are people who actually love dogs and aren't just clocking in to get a check. They split up the dogs based on size (i'm assuming) and they all have outdoor spaces to roam around and play. I like how there's cameras for me to check in on my boy while i'm at work, gives me peace of mind especially in the beginning. Rocket is a very anxious dog but he's gotten very comfortable with coming here. He used to be timid with the staff (he's not the biggest fan of people lol) but within a month he was letting them pet him and not clinging to me as much when dropping him off. They have packages every month with good deals (like buy 10 days get one free, buy 10 days get 5 enrichment days free, etc) that I always opt for. They have great hours too, they open at 6:30 on weekdays which is perfect for my 7am start time at work. They're open until 7 but sometimes if I get out of work a little late I can call and come pick him up at like 7:15 if I need. I haven't used the onboarding services or other ones, I just drop him off in the morning and pick him up after work. I love this place and they really ease my nerves as a first-time dog mom in her 20s figuring all this out lol. I will say that I personally haven't had a bad experience with this person, but my boyfriend has mentioned that the blonde lady at the front desk has an attitude and I've seen it with other customers. There's a good amount of reviews stating problems with her attitude, I just haven't interacted much with her. Otherwise everybody else has always been kind and super helpful. He has stayed at CBW in New Orleans before so he was in the system... I paid for daily play time with an adult, because he honestly prefers humans over his own kind. I had superb customer service from all of the staff at CBW Bridgewater. I checked in on him every couple days and received prompt, and polite email responses that my guy was doing great, etc... So I really appreciated that, and relieved any worry we had when we were on vacation, and allowed us to enjoy our time more. They have these crazy rules that you have to take a tour of the facility before they agree to board your pet and they book you on a tour. My wife is four towns away was six minutes late. That's right six minutes late. They told her she couldn't go on the tour, even though everyone was standing there in the office waiting to go on the tour and then we call back to reschedule and all she keeps doing is talking over you and nasty. I cannot believe anybody does business with these people. They treat humans badly. I imagine how they treat the pets. Just try and call book something and you'll know everything I printed is true.

I canceled my original reservation without hesitation because this felt so much more personal, comfortable, and right for my dog. What really stood out to me is their experience with "reactive" dogs. That's not something every place can confidently handle, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog would be understood and cared for properly. They also clearly explained exactly how to handle drop-off on the day, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My furbaby also got groomed during his stay and looked absolutely fabulous at the end of the two weeks! On top of that, I checked in on him twice while I was away, and they were always responsive and happy to update me on how he was doing--total peace of mind. I've read that some people say Tara can come across as rude, but I completely disagree! She isn't rude or condescending--she's just firm and direct, which makes perfect sense given that she's running a business. This isn't a typical 9-5 job either; it's truly her and her husband's lifestyle, and that level of structure and seriousness is exactly what makes them so good at what they do.
