After a few months of decent service, K9 Poop Hunter suddenly stopped showing up three weeks ago. I've called, texted, and emailed multiple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but received no response. One of their email addresses even bounced back, so I'm not sure if they went out of business. Even before this, their communication wasn't great, so based on my experience, I can't recommend them. If they're still operating, they need to improve reliability and responsiveness. read more

This guy is a Joke!! I set up service with this company to have my backyard cleaned every two weeks and he sent people out to my house every week. When I called him about it, he said he was sorry and made up an excuse. Then I noticed that I was being charged $20.56 every week. The price at setup was 14.99 for the first time. Then it was $16.02 the next charge. Then it went up to $20.56. All this in the matter of just a few visits. When I canceled the service, he waited a few weeks thinking I forgot about canceling service, and sent someone to my house to try an clean up my backyard. Little did he know, I keep my gate locked at at all times. When the young man ringed my doorbell trying to get into my yard, I let him know that I had canceled service!! What a joke! I have been using their service for a few years now and out of should have fired them a LONG time ago. PLEASE stay away from this company. I can't tell you how many charges I have on my credit with no service provided! I have countless email evidence, voicemails I have left, text messages with zero response! I am not one to write reviews, but this company takes the cake on poor customer service and fraudulent charging. And yes to concur with another review, their prices magically change without notice. I started at $12.98 and am now over $16, although their website clearly states $12. I am probably owed $100's from this company. Complete jerk of a business owner and horrible business practices. Tried to rip me off and charge me for a week they didn't even provide service. Then "David" finally returns my call and is rude and unprofessional trying to justify charging me when no service was rendered. After enough arguing with him, he finally refunded my money. Got an immediate call back when K9 knew I wanted to set up service. After which the guy showed up and the dogs were out. I was home and immediately brought them in but the guy left w/in seconds. Called the owner who said the guy would come right back and never did. Made multiple calls/texts to the owner after this and no call back. Finally cancelled on March 28 yet got a charge on my credit card on April 11?!?! After I cancelled due to no service? Since then I've tried reaching out to the number on file via call and text (214)284-0987 to ask why I was charged after service was cancelled 14 days prior to the charge and requested I be refunded... and again no call back. This is totally unprofessional! Glad I made the switch to Pet Butler who has great communication throughout - not just when I want to establish a new account and after they get my credit card. read more

We've been using David and his hunting team for several months now and have been very, very happy with their work. There was a bit of confusion during our move as to when to stop our service at our last house and start our service at our new house, but as soon as I was able to speak with David he was able to clear it up. He's always quick to answer the phone and very kind and courteous. They do a very thorough job when cleaning up our yard, and my dog even likes them. They leave a post it note on the back door each time to let me know they've been there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for help cleaning up after furry friends.
