Growing up I was always told that poop was a fertilizer, and my dad always mowed rt over it. Well not all poop is a fertilizer. Pet waste was recently classified as a toxic chemical and oil in the same category by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). There are a number of diseases that can be spread through dog poop, including: -Salmonella -E. coli -Giardia -Campylobacter -Roundworms -Tapeworms These diseases can be spread to both humans and other animals, so it is important to have your yard cleaned. A single gram of poop contains approximately 23 million bacteria. Your yard is where your kids play, and families spend time together. I love animals and I love my family!
