Kaitlan Rester is wonderful with our littermate puppies, Reggie and Lambeau. She was the first…read moreperson they met, outside of our vet, when they were only 5 months old. Ever since, they truly love seeing her! We have worked with Kaitlin in two private lessons and enrolled in the puppy kindergarten class for them both with her and Hannah Barrera (they love Hannah too). In the private sessions with Kaitlan, she has helped us work with both dogs on basic commands, long leash training, and behavior issues. (they're still learning manners!) Here's the thing...litter-mates are hard and a LOT of work...more than anything I've ever done. There are days I literally feel like I just want to collapse from exhaustion. It is a job in and of itself. The upside? If you want to lose 10 lbs. ....get litter-mate puppies. :) I do love them, though. In all seriousness, litter-mates are a whole other ballgame that I wouldn't recommend to anyone because it's so much work and there can be a lot of issues. It's better to get one dog that's older. All that said, we're working DILIGENTLY to manage behavior and avoid serious issues and, of course, we love our dogs so much. It's absolutely critical that we provide the best training....which means we have a lot to learn ourselves! Maybe that's why we were drawn to rescuing them as litter-mates. We take training our super cute, litter-mate, exhausting puppies, sometimes gremlins, very seriously. Both Kaitlan and Hannah have a calm presence with our energetic dogs (and me) and got us through the first round of basic training in puppy kindergarten by using positive reinforcement techniques. Kaitlan has helped us in private training. If you're looking for puppy or dog training classes and/or private training, I highly recommend!

These girls gave me great tools and confidence while training Groot. I am so thankful they didn't label him aggressive either, just unsure of things. Thanks to them I feel comfortable taking him out on walks or even just into pet smart to grab a treat with confidence that we can handle any situation.

They managed to groom my dog and do everything, which no other groomer has been able to do. She had some matting since she was found abandoned on the street, and would not let me groom them out very easily. The only thing I could do was give her baths and towel dry, which was the experience of other groomers. Whenever I picked her up she would be stressed, but when I picked her up from here she was just happy! Because no one else could get her matting out, she developed a skin infection and staff instructed me on how to treat it. They managed to do everything, which I stressed they did not have to do since I understood she was difficult. I let them know they could just focus on what they could do and I would continue bringing her so she may be comfortable enough to do more later. But turns out it wasn't necessary, she apparently did a great job too and wasn't as extremely difficult as other groomers had made her out to be! The staff is friendly, caring, and extremely kind. Easy to talk to, the vibe of the place is also very nice. They had given me advice earlier when I could not afford a skunk bath and went out of their way to find me a location that carried the products I needed over the phone, they also instructed me on how much to buy and I decided to try them off for regular grooming from that. The place is extremely cozy, clean, and well decorated, it's also focused on the comfort of the dogs, letting them roam around rather than being in kennels all the time. The door is locked so dogs have a chance to do that roaming, and opened by front desk when you show up. Dogs have access to a water bowl. When they are in kennels, they're not the usual claustrophobic ones, and it's often for their own safety in that moment. I also had a lot of fun being there, which you wouldn't expect from a groomer. Prices were phenomenal, I've paid a lot more for a lot less. There's also a little photoshoot with your dog included, which was nice since I don't have many good pictures of me and my dog. Overall amazing place, please give them a chance if you can

I asked for my info to be removed since I won't be returning, yet I'm still getting texts, emails, and voicemails.
