What amazes me is they know immediately who he is, I never have to tell any staff his name, they recognize him right away and are genuinely happy to see him. This is with non-regular attendance, so it really shows me they have taken the time to know my dog. Also, anytime I need a nail trim or a bath for our 100lb lab, they take care of it no problem. My dog loves it here and comes home happy and tired after a day at daycare. I am one of 'those' dog moms and I can assure you, this is a wonderful place to bring your dog. We love Posh Pooch, but more importantly, they love our Pepperoni.

Despite the incident, I did not request a refund for the day or any compensation at the time. I only inquire about the details of what occurred and ask them to pay attention this will not happened again. However, the daycare refused to provide video and claimed that my dog had been aggressive with other dogs, potentially causing the injury himself. They cited the waiver I had signed before his stay as grounds for refusing responsibility, asserting that it absolved them of any liability for my dog's injuries. My dog was never been aggressive at any dogs, he is excited but never try to bit others or fight with others. After that I was pushing him to go back, and he react panic immediately when we approached and opened the door of this daycare. He did not really want to go in anymore. The operating manager mentioned that they did not refuse my dog from returning, even if they point my dog is aggressive to the others. Is that fine for the other dog owners? Are they feel safe to take their dogs to this daycare? Additionally, I am puzzled by the suggestion to transfer my pass to a story credit and spend it on your store's dog food. Could you please clarify the reasoning behind this proposal, especially given that my primary concern is my dog's safety and well-being rather than purchasing dog food? All you care is about the money not the dogs in your daycare??

Then I was told they were closing early for an Oilers watch party, they were having at the salon. Not hard to connect the dots...he would have cut in to their watch party. We'll never go back, lost our business!!!! Unless you have a small - medium sized dog, don't bother going there. And the salon smelled like the sewer backed up.

Naughty Boyz Dog Training rents out their facility completely privately when they aren't opened. You book your slot, and provide your dog vaccination records- then when you arrive, you are provided a lockbox code to access the key. The whole place is yours! No one is there. There's even a little shop that you can purchase treats etc. using a QR code system (I tried it and it was so easy to use!) There's a mop and bucket for pee breaks, and bags for poop breaks. They spend a lot of time rescuing stray cats, ensuring they get fixed and have their shots. I had my small dog in getting fixed by their vet, she did very well and stayed the day there.

She also never smells (like after the dog park) and has never come home sick. Mutts Adored has been a lifesaver with a new baby at home. They also board overnight and are flexible, helping out last minute. Best of all, they post pictures online every day so you can see what your pup was up to!! They stayed with Morgan when I first moved to the city and was searching for a home that accepted pets, and over the years I have left them for up to 3 weeks while we have been on vacation and we have never had any issues. The faculty is great, with outside access, a full large bay for the puppies to run around in and treadmills for those cold winter days so they still get their exercise.
