I'm used to Asian foot massages including a little shoulder rub at least (some give you a partial body massage), but this one was purely just foot. The guy I had was just doing the same motions over and over on my foot for the entire hour. It was hard to give feedback in real time because I kept thinking ok... maybe it'll change after 30 mins -- it didn't! He had good pressure, but my main issue is that he didn't do anything else but rub the arch of my foot! I've had tons of foot massages and they would typically work on my heel, ankle, individual toes, etc. I didn't get any of that. My husband wasn't happy with his massage either. His masseuse didn't apply enough pressure even after repeated requests. When we checked out, we still tipped out of courtesy, but we let the owner know that we were both dissatisfied -- and all she said was, "oh you have to let me know you want someone really good and I will make sure you have a better one next time". So by default, we should expect a sub par experience?? She offered no discounts and happily took our full payment and tip ($140 for two mediocre massages!). There won't be a next time for us.

I was there within minutes and the gentleman I spoke with was quick to meet me at the door and I was on a table in no time. The massage itself was good and what you'd expect from an Asian massage, which usually feel rushed since they actively work towards massaging the whole body. I appreciated the padded area for my face since attention to this detail can be a hit or miss at these types of establishments. It's not the best massage I've ever had, but certainly a great way to spend over an hour to focus on yourself.

This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about professionalism. In addition, communication was very difficult because the staff spoke very limited English, making it hard to discuss the service or address concerns. The massage itself was poor quality and did not meet our expectations. The techniques seemed unprofessional, and the overall experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. We left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Based on our experience, we will not be returning.

I was not satisfied with the massage. I honestly debated on not tipping but I tipped 12% and as I did that the masseuse tried to pressure me to give more by saying she gave a good massage. You aren't suffocating yourself within 2 seconds. I had to cool pool plunge a COUPLE of times, just to be able to keep... myself from overheating. Literally, I think the temps were approaching 130-135F -- it was almost too hot to sit on the wood in the sauna, and the steam room was so bad... it wasn't even 1 minute and I was out of there. Stayed maybe 1 hour total. I felt... for the money paid, that isn't worth it.
