The people were great and it sounds wonderful. I'll post more after the surgery. The information was deep and thorough.

Dr. Jackson, Dr Fillmore, Dr Kppstein, Lexi and the entire team at the Kennewick office are amazing. Caring professionalism.

My optometrist suggested I needed to see an Ophthalmologist and suggested this firm. They sent me…read morean impressive brochure--there are 5 of these offices in Wa state--a real franchise. My first visit was to last 2-3 hours (It turns out you spend all this time waiting around). I showed up at 10:30--there are about 12 people in the waiting room--all waiting to see this one physician. I waited about 30 minutes before I saw a nurse who dilated my eyes, gave me a quick eye exam, and then did an OCT scan on the retina. And then I am back in the waiting room for another 30 minutes. Another nurse gets me and puts me in an examination room. Another 20 minutes and Dr Haynie comes in with a nurse who takes notes. He looks in my eye and dictates his conclusions to the nurse, gives me a quick explanation which I do not understand, and then he is gone. 5 minutes and that is it. Dr Haynie is rude to the nurse taking the notes and to me. I go to another examining room where a picture is taken of the retina, and then I am out the front door with a single page of vitamin instructions for macular degeneration. I do not understand the significance of my eye disease. 11 days later, I called my Optometrist to see if she had received Dr Haynie's notes and pictures but they were still not there--the nurse promised that my Optometrist would get them, immediately. My Optometrist promised to explain to me what Dr Haynie had found. So far, my visit to Retina & Macula Specialists has been useless.
