From the initial quote, to the end product Best West Roofing was competent, informative and professional every step of the way. The roof that is less than ten years old was leaking at the downspouts from a bad installation, and was causing issues. Brock was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and gave a reasonable estimate for the work compared to other roofers. I can't say enough how I respect being punctual from Best West is important. Another contractor showed up 45 mins late, and literally lived two blocks away. The crew did a great job keeping the site clean, and even though they encountered a couple unexpected issues, they were inclusive and kept me informed of the issue, whether it needed to be fixed and the cost. You can't ask for more from a contractor. Don't waste time with others, just call Best West Roofing and the attention to detail will impress you.

We opted for Busy Boys because we were impressed with Mike's thoroughness and attention to detail. We took three quotes and his was the middle one but we would have choosen him even if he came in on top. Once the work started, his crew was on time and they were good solid workers. Most of the roof was redone on the first day. We had an aging skylight and Mike recommended it be replace. He was also an authorized installer for that brand. I wish we had had him do the initial install 20 years ago. It was done so quickly and efficiently. We had to compliment the crew for their clean-up. Our deck was cleaner after they were done than it had been. A bit of trash had fallen in our neighbours yard and that was also taken care of. On the final inspection, we noticed a metal bracket sticking up on the corner of the roof and asked Mike about it. To direct rainwater run-off into our gutters. Very nice. It is always a treat to deal with good people and Mike and his crew were definitely that. Job Well done - thank you so much for that

The solar panel installation was halted. I contacted several roofing companies to get assessments on the issue and obtain estimates. It turns out one side of the roof did not have adequate venting and moisture was being absorbed by the plywood. I met with several roofing company representatives and each provided their suggested way to address the issue...and the estimated costs were all over the map. But when I met with the Absolute Roof Solutions sales representative...I knew I had found the right company. They explained what the issue was, how they would address it and the next steps. They followed with a quote and then a follow up conversation with the Project Manager. They picked a date that was to be rain free. The crew showed up on time and they went about their work. Taking 1/2 a roof is not an easy task but they managed to get it done in the one day...and to get the site all cleaned after, including ensuring all debris was removed from both neighbours yards. Great job Absolute Roof Solutions. It was a very positive roof repair/replacement experience and very happy to recommend Absolute Roof Solutions.
