He is extremely detailed, very through checking everything in the home. He was there a little bit before the scheduled time and was able to give us information on what he was going to do and why each step was important. He would even show us things to watch for and give helpful tips for how to keep our house in good shape even after buying it. There was a wait to get scheduled with him, but it is absolutely worth it, so just make sure to try and book in advance.
