My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. The session was handled by Juana, a professional, respectful, and knowledgeable therapist trained in reflexology. The experience was soothing and memorable.
