From the moment you arrive, they provide an experience of relaxation, tranquility, and comfort!! While I was waiting for my massage, I won a free massage... crazy!! Hahaha, I thought I was in heaven!! Then the massage was incredible: we were able to combine lymphatic drainage and muscle tension relief... I left feeling as light as a feather They also have a shower if you need to leave and go straight to an appointment! I was delighted, so I highly recommend it!!! It's worth every penny!

The experience started with getting a drink and a bite of chocolate, and waiting in the waiting area until they called us back. They had aromatherapy and we got to request a scent while we started. After the massage, they led us to the front of the building where there was a zen space and we could sit on chairs and relax (with more water and chocolate) before wrapping up!

Jessica is also a wonderful person in addition to a consummate professional, oh, and she speaks fluent English. What I really love and appreciate about Dra. Jessica (aside from her remarkably reasonable and great prices) is that she knows how to say "no" when she believes the patient doesn't need something doing, and she isn't afraid to do so.....which, in my opinion, is the very best trait in any kind of cosmetic surgeon/dermatologist....if only Michael Jackson had gone to Dra. Jessica back in the day. All of the staff are really lovely at O'Life, very welcoming and nice, and the offices are awesome too. Can't recommend O'Life highly enough.... ten out of ten.

However I decided to add on a manicure and felt pretty ripped off. On the price sheet it stated that it was 546, then at the register they charged an additional 98 to remove the gel polish, 546 for new polish, and added a manicure for 285. Fortunately I ran out of time and skipped the pedicure. I even went back after doing the math on my head thinking she over charged me for the pedicure I had to skip, but the cashier was kind enough to show me the break down. All in all- I was charged $2142 MXN plus tip on top, and left with bloody cuticles and an icky feeling. Won't be coming back :/

The staff took time to explain every step, asked if I had any questions, and gave honest recommendations without making me feel upsold. I started with a HydraFacial, which was amazing and finished with light therapy -- my skin felt so refreshed and glowy afterwards! Then I got Botox (they also offer Dysport). The doctor went over everything beforehand, answered all my questions, and recommended trying Dysport since it's a little more affordable and perfect for a first-timer to see how I like it. I'm super happy with the results and the whole experience. I'll definitely be coming back here whenever I'm in Mexico City! ‍

They could have communicated that they did not have what I scheduled an appointment for but instead try to sell me on something else.

I was nervous to get any type of medical treatment as an American visiting Mexico City, and Alex was able to put my nervousness to rest. He made sure I was comfortable at all times, that I understood the procedures he was performing and best practices (using a helpful translator app that I started using as well because it worked so effectively). Most importantly, Alex was laser focused on my satisfaction with his services. Anything I showed even mild hesitation with was immediately addressed and done so very professionally. Alex went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding service and I will definitely be back to visit during my next trip. Thank you, Alex + Staff!
