The massage itself was very good hence the 15% tip though the bed was not the most comfortable. I'm 6'1 and my head barely fit in the insert so when I didn't want my windpipe getting crushed I had to move my head up so that my eyes were pressed against the pillow. When I got tired of that I shifted down to let my windpipe get crushed again. And I went back and forth like that for the full 80 minutes so I never truly felt relaxed. I also wasn't a fan of the two hairs I had to pluck off the bed before I got under the covers. Who knows what was underneath. I didn't dare bother to look after what I saw out in plain view. The jacuzzi to start was relaxing and the complementary tea was a nice touch but the Jamaica water upon completion sucked. I wish the locker room had a steam room or a sauna to finish the job before my shower but no dice.

I would not recommend this spa because I had to waste my time later trying to get to the bottom of the discrepancy in the charge. Don't waste your time here!

We pretty easily found the location thanks to the neon green SPA sign affixed to the wall - stylish and helpful! Upon arriving, our services are started on time and neither of us had any complaints. My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. We meant to revisit at least one more time before leaving CDMX but it didn't work out. Next time though!

Jessica (aside from her remarkably reasonable and great prices) is that she knows how to say "no" when she believes the patient doesn't need something doing, and she isn't afraid to do so.....which, in my opinion, is the very best trait in any kind of cosmetic surgeon/dermatologist....if only Michael Jackson had gone to Dra. Jessica back in the day. All of the staff are really lovely at O'Life, very welcoming and nice, and the offices are awesome too. Can't recommend O'Life highly enough.... ten out of ten.
