Check-in was quick and although the ladies didn't speak much English, everything was great and my skin felt clean, hydrated and radiant at the end. You also get a nice scalp massage and facial massage during the facial and tea at the end. Overall a really nice experience and break in the busy city. We pretty easily found the location thanks to the neon green SPA sign affixed to the wall - stylish and helpful! Upon arriving, our services are started on time and neither of us had any complaints. My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. I even went back after doing the math on my head thinking she over charged me for the pedicure I had to skip, but the cashier was kind enough to show me the break down. The masseuse Ignacio was very good and speak great English. If you are looking for a massage place, I'll recommend this one. If you have to wait, there are also good cafe, restaurants and a mall nearby. They also have a hair salon, facial, manicure & pedicure service. I may be back very soon during this trip if not the next.
