These are FACTS: Kevin Cooper provided us with an estimate for our driveway. He met with our landscaper the second week of October 2025 to confirm paving. He ghosted us. No return phone calls. He will not even do a patch to protect our newly installed pavers for the winter months. He has left us in a mess while other pavers are shutting down for the season. read more

Needed a new driveway. They were supposed to give an estimate and never showed up. Contacted them and got a sob story about their kids, not enough home time....i don't care about excuses. Gave them another chance and they still blew me off. If you want a sob story, please contact them. If you want the job done, don't contact them. read more

1 star at the most. Last fall KC paving did my driveway complete pavement. Paving was fine but I asked for a couple of deep machine ruts in the adjacent grass to be filled in and also the brown base to be filled in with good dirt like all the other paving jobs I have seen done in town. Kevin's workers dumped awful dirt filled with sticks and rocks over a 8x12 foot area that only grew weeds after we put seed down. Very unhappy as it is costing me over $450 to try an get this are to grow grass again. Numerous calls to Heidi resulted in no response from Kevin. Jay G read more

They came to my house and we worked it all out he was to come do the job the following Friday and never showed up. I called them many times and texted them also. A week later his wife called and said they were sorry and he would get back to me that day. That never happened, I got it done from another company Pavemaster who came when they said and did a great job. A week later K C Paving called and said they would be at my house that Friday to do the job I told him it was already done. I wouldn't recommend them ever. read more

Totally unprofessional. Heidi asked that I draw out the plans for the driveway. I gave her a detailed description of what I wanted done. She said they do estimates on the weekend. I took that as being that weekend, so I cancelled plans with family to stay home only to find they totally blew me off. Then came the excuses. All I heard was we only estimate on weekends.....OK OK I get it. Which year???? I am not here to bash anyone but it has been 10 weeks and they have never so much as returned a call. I have a string of emails from me to them and vise versa if anyone would like to see how I was treated as a customer. Lesson learned. read more

Kevin and his team stuck to the estimate, arrived on time, did what they promised and my driveway looks great. They gave the cheapest estimate and provided great advice on solving my challenges. So arrived on time, did what they promised and charged what they said they would. Doesn't get any better than that. read more

Very Disappointed !! Had Kevin come out for an estimate in April/May he booked us for the week of 4th of July. The week prior too called Kevin, messaged him to verify what day he was coming as we were very excited to finally have a driveway and waiting over a couple months and he would NOT take my calls, would not reply to my any of my messages or e-mails. Then finally after the 4th he messaged me to say he had no phone service and when did we want to book the driveway....now after the fact. I guess KC Paving was more concerned about the big guys (NH State Liqueur Store) then its little people :( :( such terrible service !!!!! read more

Been with this company for years until father retired and turned over to son, who gave us a quote for sealing this past winter. Spring and summer rolled around. Phoned on a near daily basis for weeks. Refused to answer or return messages. Just tried to get them to come out and fulfill their job quoted. Never happened. Had to seek help from a competitor. Don't expect a holiday card from us this year. Yup, we're nobody. read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Started out good. Kevin came out to give an estimate, seemed nice and knowledgeable, gave a fair price. He estimated he could get to us in about 3 weeks to do the job. We were very excited and planned on that time frame. Around the three week mark, with NO correspondence since the estimate, we started reaching out for updates. All our calls, emails, and text messages were ignored for weeks on end. This went on for two months, with not one single response to us for an updated start date or correspondence on whether they even planned to get to us this season. It was extremely poor customer service and the lack of communication was immensely frustrating and disappointing. We ultimately resigned that being ignored was their way of saying they didn't want the job. We went with Seacoast Paving, who was very responsive, did an excellent job, returned calls and texts, and showed up AS PROMISED. Do not hire KC PAVING. read more

They treat there employees like trash. Not only do they call the men names like idiot, retard and dumbass. They do not allow the men who work none stop like 14 plus hour days to take a 30 min break. According to KC jr. The break is when they drive from one job to another. These men are greedy and money grubbing . I feel bad for these men who work for them and range from late teens to like mid 60s. They work there asses off and dont deserve to be treated with such disregard. read more
